I really enjoyed the pizza I ordered. Since they were right across the street from where I was staying it was quite handy. I must say this was far better than you would get at a chain pizza joint. I ordered takeout as I had some cold ones waiting for me in my room. Very busy place but quick service.

Pizza was very good, even though it wasn’t NY style, which is my yardstick against which all pizzas are measures. A large fed two adults and three kids who had a late lunch, if we were very hungry we would have needed two. Good craft beer selection was unexpected and welcome! Reasonable prices.

Tried their supreme pizza for lunch today and it was delicious! It was loaded with fresh toppings and the crust was awesome too. The small pizza and two small drinks came to 18 dollars and some change so not only was it good but very affordable too. Some of the tables around us ordered sandwiches and they looked mighty tasty. Might try one of those next time and get some of the onion fries to go with it.(Onion fries looked good too) Service was fast and friendly too. We would definitely eat here again.

I love this place. It’s clean, the people are nice and the prices are good. The pizza is great! The red sauce is sweet and not real acidic. It reminds me of beach pizza, which I love. The white pizza is aaaamazing!!! Definitely the best pizza place in Gettysburg!

Best white pizza, hands down. Subs are just ok. My families go to place for pizza. Always busy and still great delivery time & the pizza always arrives hot.

Pizza is okay. A bit expensive for a place without waiters or waitresses. You must place your order at the counter yet have no table service. I find it insulting they have a space for gratuity to be added to your order on the receipt yet you must serve yourselves.

Went there last night for some pizza and beers. Got the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, which was very tasty. Could have been a bit bigger, but for only $ 12 was still reasonably priced. I was most impressed by not only the awesome selection of craft beers on tap, but also how affordable they were. Where I’m from, craft beers upwards of 10% in alcohol content are usually at least $ 8, and the priciest beer at Tommy’s was $ 5. Very good service, food and beer and I would totally come back again.

My first experience here wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either. We’ve now been back and the service and food has been awesome! It’s now one of our favorite places to get a pizza! Maybe it’s Stockholm syndrome… Or maybe just great pizza!

We came here last Saturday for the Great Pumpkin Beer Bash and had a blast. 10 pumpkin beers in rotation all day at an awesome deal with a take home glass. Seating on this day is scarce but totally worth the inconvenience of waiting for a table. We had a pizza while enjoying our beer, good crust and sauce but they used canned mushrooms.

So we are traveling in Gettysburg this summer, shopping in the tourist traps, soaking up the history(even the tourist traps here have much to show about our history as Americans). All of a sudden it’s 45 minutes before our haunted tour and we didn’t eat yet! We asked a kid(probably 17 or 18 years old) where to get a quick, good dinner that a growing boy will like. Without missing a beat, and without second thought at all he said«go to Tommy’s around the corner.» Cool. We have our heading. We went to Tommy’s and were a bit taken aback by the feel of the restaurant.(It reminded us of a Grand Rapids icon Mr. Fables.) The pizzas coming out of the kitchen looked yummy so we got quickly in line. We were served quickly by a helpful young man who patiently answered our questions as first-timers(they probably see a lot of tourists…). And we headed to our table to wait for our pie. We’d barely situated ourselves when our number was called(so quick!). And we promptly scarfed our thin-crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza was pizza, it was what we expected it to taste like. We ate on paper plates. It was what we had asked for. A good, quick dinner that satisfied the whole family.

I tried to eat in here, but my daughter didn’t let that happen. I did carry out a pizza and 6 pack of craft beer. Really good selection of beer and even fill growlers. This was the only place I saw in Gettysburg where you could get good beer. Pizza was really good, but the 4 stars is more for the bet selection.

This is a great little pizza joint right on Steinwehr Ave. near all the touristy shops and restaurants that folks flock to. They’ve got pizza, subs, salads and appetizers along with a great craft beer selection.(bottled and drafts, plus they do growler fills) Tommy’s delivers everything you should want in a pizza. It’s greasy, cheesy goodness, and the crust is just the right thickness with a crispy outside and chewy inside. Their sauce is pretty good too, but my favorite pizza is the white which doesn’t have the sauce. On my last visit to Tommy’s, last weekend, I got a bacon cheeseburger sub and it was delicious. My friend and I also split and order of the onion fries and those were tasty as well. I totally recommend this place. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating, a convenient drive-thru pickup window, and they deliver in the Gettysburg area. The staff is friendly, service is pretty quick even during their super busy times, and the food is great.

We’ve been having pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks and chef salads delivered for over two years. Although it’s not the bubbly, yeast type of crust pizza that I’m accustomed to, having lived most of my life in the suburban Philadelphia area, for the Gettysburg area, this is good pizza. Their wings have a tendency to be on the small side and be over-fried and the mozzarella sticks are the same as you can get anywhere else. So, nothing special there. The last few times that I’ve ordered the chef salad without onions, it has arrived with onions. Another chef that cannot read the ticket, I guess. When I’ve called to complain, they always offer to mail me a certificate for a free salad next time but certificate never comes in the mail. Also, they used to serve their chef salads with two pieces of rolled up turkey, two pieces of roast beef and two pieces of ham on the chef salad. They don’t do that anymore. The last two salads I got did not include roast beef and only had one small piece of turkey and one small piece of ham rolled up on it. Very disappointing, indeed. Overall, I gave thiss three stars. And I hope they don’t go downhill from there!

Worst meatball sandwich ever, BARNONE. They even put PICKLES on the tray. I like American cheese on my meatball subs bc it Gives it a slightly sweet flavor. They used Kraft singles. Ridiculous. Pizza had to be Joe Corbi or DiGiorno, way too nasty to be a in-house made pizza. «Italian» sub is barely edible. Wings were passable. Eat here ONLY if you have no other options. Keep in mind, you’re in Gettysburg, and most of the employees are kids. They have no idea what a Philly, New York etc pie should taste like, let alone look like. It would have been funny if it didn’t cost $ 60 for a sub, a meatball sandwich, a crappy pizza and done mozzarella sticks. Pissed.

I’ve been eating their pizza since I could walk and I still haven’t gotten tired of it. When I’m away from Gettysburg, my home town, I really do dream about their pizza. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had. The crust is awesome! The only negative thing is that they can be slow and once I made a phone order and the woman who took my call was downright rude. She made fun of what I was ordering and even said, «are you really going to eat that?» Oh well, I guess hot sauce with a salad is a little strange…

The best pizza in the borough of Gettysburg, with a wide variety of sandwiches, fries, beer, and other items. The positives: The pizza here is tasty. The cheese sticks are tasty. The beer is tasty. The sandwiches are tasty. Usually a decent amount of seating is available, and there are a few generously sized tables to accommodate large parties. A few well-placed televisions offer a good distraction for when your friends and/or family become boring. There’s a pizza drive-thru for pick up orders! The negatives: The décor could be better. The men’s bathroom can be disgusting, and it requires not just cleaning, but some level of renovation to be sanitary. I’ve always had good service, but I could see how the ordering system could confuse newcomers on a busy day. Conclusion: It’s worth a visit to see if you will like the pizza here. If you do, you’ll probably be back for repeat visits.

I’ll give this place a solid 2. The pizza tasted like ketchup on cardboard, and the eggplant sandwich was on a soft roll with their syrupy sweet sauce. I guess if youve never had a good slice of real pizza you don’t know what your missing, but my god, I found it edible at best.

This is a pretty average pizza place. Nothing stellar about the pizza. Noting great about the service. It took awhile to get our food, but they were relatively busy at the time. The inside is dated, dingy, and feels a little dirty. I’ve stopped here every time I’ve visited Gettysburg though just for their onion fries. They are amazing. Well worth the trip. The price is right, as well. Mediocre pizza and service for a really good price. Not the best ever, but definitely worth the price… and those onion fries.
