Good afternoon Unilocalers. So, this is way overdue. I joined this CrossFit gym last month. I was very apprehensive about doing so but because of the bad habits that I had developed and going to the 24 hour gym on my own I felt as if I needed to challenge. So I joined. Needless to say the very first day was extremely intimidating! very fit men and women for working out when I first walked in. I thought that I was in shape until I started doing CrossFit. it is a whole nother level of work out. there was a point when I was extremely discouraged but because of the great family atmosphere, all of the great coaches especially the owner and trainer Don, just yesterday I signed up for my second month of training. The membership is a bit pricey. A lot more than your average gym but the one on one training and the mix up of routines that you do on a daily basis is well worth it. if you’re looking to get in shape, be challenged, be a part of an atmosphere where intimidation does not exist, this CrossFit Center is a place for you. I love my new found friends and family and I am awaiting the body transformation.

Way to expensive. Another crossfit gym on 301 close to duncan ave (near freds market) is half the price and great people.

So excited to see a CrossFit open in Apollo Beach/​Gibsonton/​Riverview area. Brand new facility! I can drop in when visiting from out of town. Don & his staff are super friendly & made me feel very welcome. Excellent coaching & great programming. As a cross fitter for 1 ½ years I was happy to see the amount of detail paid to teaching form. I benefitted from it as well. Definitely recommend you come try this place out!
