Beads are expected, however with this last order I paid 18 dollars for 3 day FedEx shipping. I ordered on Tuesday night and it arrived on Monday. That IS NOT 3 day shipping. I am very upset. What’s even more irritating is that I work at the airport right next to FedEx. My package was there all day. Although I will NEVER pay increased shipping charges again, I will only order from them again if they have a REALLY good sale going. there are so many other bead companies out there with better shipping times.

I placed my order on a Monday evening, it was shipped on Wednesday and I received my package on Saturday. I am so pleased! And the crystal are beautiful. They were packaged so nicely!
