Second time in ten days received a whopper not wrapped in box. Called manager said they were ordered not to wrap and was sorry it was so messy. Said they are switching to foil wrap. Common since, Burger King! You are currently wrapping chicken sandwich in which you could use that same sized wrapper for your burger. I guess its time to switch to Carl’s Jr…

Fast and fresh!!! Nice people, really good quality made burgers. Everything I’m looking for at BK. Makes me happy that there is a fast food joint that I don’t have to worry about getting food poisoning or the runs hours later.

Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location. My burger was cold when I got home, and I live about 90 seconds away from the restaurant. I can only assume that it was sitting around, unheated, awaiting someone to purchase it. Very unprofessional. I always imagined that they did indeed make your food to order, but I now know I was wrong.

Excellent speed, quality, and attention to detail. This location is a franchise, not a corporate store. This owner obviously cares deeply about customer satisfaction. My food was hot, fast, and delicious. The employees and manager always smile and are happy to do their jobs well. They know me by name, and know my usual order. Where else do you get folksy treatment like this?

My husband went to get me a veggie burger and ended up with a veggie whopper… Whoa…It has no soy patty in it… Don’t make that mistake as the manager will argue with you and you will end up with a COLD sandwich… Jack in the Box here I come… The store in GIg Harbor is the pits.

Another burger king disappointment. Seems like the few times I have visited this Burger King, the burgers seem to be rushed when cooked and tastes poor and low quality. I will still go and get fries and a drink, but I just can not make myself buy another burger.

When I review chain restaurants I like to look at it from the aspect of what makes THIS one different from the hundred others. And really there isn’t anything that jumps out. If you’re looking for a quick burger this place hits the spot. I rarely have issues with mix ups on my order and never have had to wait a long time for my orders.
