If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager has a poor attitude toward customers when they should be leading by example and why is it such a huge deal to get an extra sauce. It shouldn’t matter by the bag but by my order. Clearly I ordered way more then what 2 sauces can handle and for more then 3 people. If I want an extra sauce it shouldn’t be a big deal.

PROS: New building is interesting and seating is good. CONS: Three different times I’ve been there, they’ve been out of something important. Not like diet coke, you know, but like onion rings, chicken patties, ingredients that make a burger. Last night the cashier was looking right at me, it wasn’t busy, and I had to repeat my order 3 times(it was two regular size combo meals — not rocket science). The older man in black, the manager I’m told, literally stood there leaning on the counter behind her, staring through me — didn’t move, didn’t help, didn’t blink. Fecking creepy. The fries were soft and cold. The bun on my sandwich was actually stale. I don’t know how you mess up this bad, this often. I kind of understood when it was just opened, but shyte, it’s not new anymore — and I’m still getting lousy service and they still don’t know how to order inventory. Carl’s Jr. rocks as a whole — but this location bites big-time. One note: This last time, I did see a kid in plain clothes(but a CJ hat, so I’m guessing an employee off duty?) JOG through the parking lot to catch up to an elderly man with a cane walking toward the entrance, just to open the restaurant door for him. And then he walked back to his car and left. Whoever this kid was, GIVEHIM A RAISE.

I’ve for the most part had a good burger at this restaurant. But i continue to have a problem with them because they don’t obviously know what it means for a burger to be plain, with just the chicken and the bun. I don’t live close to town, so this was really upsetting when I expect one thing and get another. Obviously I shouldn’t have high expectations for this establishment.

One Star for Totally Excreble Order at this Place! Three Females went and ordered for Four People. Number of drinks, sizes and Flavors were correct. Fries were correct in number and size. But the Sandwiches delivered to us were rediculously wrong! No one ordered a Turkey anything! No one ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger! The order was so messed up in such a way to almost certainly have been done as some sort of joke? Or was it because orders were placed by Female, Elderly or wrong Race? Don’t bother with this sorry place! This is the Third Order in a Row that they have taken our money for terrible service! No More!

Me and my husband have been here three times or so and we love it, I am from Southern California and this Carl’s Jr is the best one in Washington State, so far we found. The employee are very professional.

Best fast food in gig harbor! Every order is made to order so your food has not been sitting out! Really good chicken tenders and big Carl’s!

I’ve been here twice and both times the food has been really good. The first time I went here with a couple friends and for some reason the workers got our orders confused but the manager quickly knew and corrected it and was super nice. It is a little pricey, but the service and food is worth it. Try the Oreo milkshake!

This is one of the better Carl’s Jr. franchises. Large, two-story building, interesting décor. I’ve eaten at the Carl’s Jr. in Tacoma and in Ellensburg and this is better than both of them. It resembles the flavors of the original Carl’s Jr. when I discovered it back in the early ‘70s, but still misses the mark on the intense, unique charbroiled burger flavors of back then. The Carl’s Jr. burgers of today lack that intense charbroiled flavor but they’re much better(at this store) than Burger King or DQ which are where we’ve been going since their miles closer. I had written off eating at Carl’s after the terrible burgers at those other two restaurants but I’m looking forward to eating here again. The menu’s loaded with fancy., expensive Angus burger variations but the tried and true Super Star with Cheese and traditional fare are good bets here. And they still make my favorite fast food chain fries.

Great customer service! They were all very friendly and I got my food quickly but it didn’t taste like most fast food it was very well prepared and I loved the sweet potato fries. I also love how you can get anything on the menu as a lettuce wrap or you can get the homemade bun(which are delicious) also really cool with the upstairs view as well.

The food is Carl’s Jr. Not much to say there. My comments are to the owners. 1. Don’t make your customers ask for napkins. We’re buying your product, and your product is messy, so just assume napkins are needed. 2. Your business in in the Pacific NW, and it rains here. How about cover over the drive through so that when we’re patronizing your burger joint, instead of one of the other four in the immediate area, we’re not getting soaked when we roll down our windows. Little things, I know, but it’s all about the little things. **Update It’s been some time since my initial post, but alas, it has clearly fallen on deaf ears. Nothing has changed, So, from three to two stars you go. Customers are still getting wet, well, except for me, as I and my money have gone elsewhere. Cheers!
