We’re Verizon customers and found this location through Verizon’s website. When we arrived we were dismayed to learn none of the phones on display are working models. The phones are dummies with stickers imitating the displays. It was a bummer we couldn’t try out the phones, but nevertheless we purchased two and we were unhappy to find out when we got home that we were charged more than the listed price on . If there was a markup on our phones it was not disclosed to us by Diamond Wireless. We called Diamond Wireless for clarification, but our salesperson would not return our call. After four days and on our 3rd attempt we got a hold of somebody else at the store. We were then told of a rebate the first salesperson never mentioned. We were told it would be applied to our account automatically by the carrier. When we called Verizon to confirm, they did not show anything on our account. They said there is a manufacturer’s rebate we can apply for, but it is from the manufacturer and not related to the price on website. Verizon and Diamond Wireless told us conflicting information. We thought we’d just return the phones within the 14-day window, but we were told about these rebates that would offset the price gap. It wasn’t what we originally wanted, but at least it made the price level with . Unfortunately we learned after the 14-day return window closed that one of the rebates was non-existent, and we were not eligible for the second rebate. We are not happy and would not recommend Diamond Wireless. We felt we were misled, overcharged and then forgotten about once the sale was made. We were not told important information about rebates, incorrect information on other rebates and we could not get our call returned when we had questions. I have already let the business know our preferred resolution, but I’ll post it here too: If Diamond Wireless wants to fix this, they can offer a refund of the difference between what we paid and the price listed on the website.(update: It has been a month since our purchase, still no resolution — and no rebates were ever applied to our account.)

A week or so ago my windows phone was not updating(still isn’t) and the staff directed me to Starbucks to use their wifi because this particular store doesn’t provide wifi service to their customers. Obviously they are in it for the money and don’t care about customer service. This is so like Gig Harbor. Starbucks, do you have a MOA with Verizon?

Purchased yet another phone here today; between my husband and two grown kids, someone is always in need of a new phone, or wanting to upgrade. Jacob helped us today; Nick has taken care of us many times in the past. No glitches, things go smoothly and we’re on our way. Nice to have this store here in G.H.
