I was given an estimated quote, Andy and Brian communicated with me along the way and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. Plus they threw a few jokes my way which I could appreciate. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else done on my car. Thanks again guys!

My husband was having issues with power steering in his truck. He took the truck to another service shop where the problem was not resolved. We heard about Gig Harbor Automotive and decided to take the truck to them. We felt the people working in that shop were honest about what needed to be done to correct the work that was not completed with satisfaction. The shuttle service was valuable; we appreciated the ride home.

I love these guys. I have never once felt over charged or cheated. They do a great job and aren’t out to grift anyone. If they can’t fix the problem, they know someone who can and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg.

I am very pleased with this auto shop. I find them to be incredibly friendly, very responsive and attentive. After diagnosing my vehicle, Brian was not pushy, listening to my concerns and prioritizing the repairs. I’m not sure about pricing as I’m far from an expert in automotive repairs and costs though it seems fair. I will continue to use them for all my services.

You’re not going to find nicer people in the auto repair business. They’ve done a fine job on my car, and they’ve always been timely and very responsive.
I did have to call a few times the last time my car was in to get updates, but that was an exception.
They have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off and pick you up which is a huge help.
$$ is my biggest issue. I felt that my water pump was a bit pricey, then when my window broke they gave me an estimate that seemed really high. I took it to another place and it was 45% lower. That’s HUGE.
