About a month ago we had to have all the locks in our home changed after someone broke in to our car and stole our keys. I called Knight Safe & Lock and they came out the next day! They were quick, efficient and very professional. Since then the front door was having some issues opening, so I called back thinking it had to so with the new lock that was installed. My mistake, the wood door had contracted in this dry weather and the spring latch was catching. Knight Safe & Lock did not hesitate to help me. They came out this morning, after I called yesterday, late afternoon, and they fixed it at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Gig Harbor, WA area who needs work done of this kind. I do not write reviews of companies typically, so to do this review means I am very impressed by this company.
