If they had the option of an Zero star that is what I would select. The service was a joke and after two weeks waiting on an appointment, the technician didn’t show up with the filter in hand. So he emptied my ice from the freezer and then he says I need to call the office to make another appointment. So I did, only to learn my next appointment was 3 weeks out. Are you kidding me. This company provides deception all the way around and attempts to create work for themselves so they can charge you more! I say run.. .. plenty of other good honest services available.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. When I called to schedule my appointment Tanya was very polite and thoroughly explained how they worked. They were booked up for the week — but I received a call that they had a cancellation and was able to get a quicker appointment. :-) The serviceman /technician that showed up(Joe) was prompt, organized, and in clean uniform. He went to work and solved my problem and ordered the missing part I needed. The return visit was promptly scheduled. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend Mr. Appliance of Tacoma.

My experience with Mr Appliance of Tacoma was not pleasant. I found the service technician was a know-it-all, nosy and intrusive. He was there to repair my dishwasher but after, he felt the need to fiddle with my furnace, water heater and electrical panel which had nothing to do with the dishwasher repair. It made me feel uncomfortable and he had even gone as far as making a comment about it. He also quoted me an amount that I found out later(because I used a different company that contacted my dishwasher manufacturer directly), was double. I will never use this company again.
