We moved to the harbor hill area a little over a year ago. We live this Starbucks. Very fast and pleasant service. Live the heat lamps on the patio

Very nice staff compared to all the bad reviews I’ve read. I wanted to try one of the Reserve Coffees that are prepared with the Clover Brewer. I’d never tried that before. The machine was being repaired so they were unable to make the drink. Disappointed, I ordered a latte instead and to my surprise the cashier comped my order. I was surprised and delighted. Very classy move.
As a Starbucks Partner myself and very heartbroken to describe the terrible service I received here. Not only was my cashier very disconnected and genuinely rude, but the shift manager on the floor decided to step in and let everybody in the whole store know that the cashier was doing something wrong by raising his voice. I myself was embarrassed… No Starbucks should ever be
Run this poorly.
I will never come here again. Absolutely unimpressed with the staff
