If this is the starbucks inside Target then this is the one i’m not going back to. Not a frequent starbucks customer. Today ordered a «medium» Chai tea latte and the drink mixer guy(I know they’re called barrista’s) asks if I want a «grande» and I say if that’s a medium then that’s what I want. So then I order a «small» Carmel Brulee latte and the drink mixer guy asks if I want a tall so I say if that’s a small then that’s what I want. A little annoyed at this point I considered telling him where he could put both drinks. Then the drink mixer guy tells me I didn’t pronounce Brulee correctly. I really should have told this idiot to shove the order up — — -, never mind. What a dip — –! Just take the order bozo! The manager should have a talk with this idiot.

Came at 4:15 pm on a Sunday. Got double charged when I paid via my Starbucks app(the register«dinged» like it accepted by barcode and the cashier told me to it didn’t accept it, to swipe it again). And waited over 20 minutes for my order: a shaken iced tea. And had to deal with confusion at the bar when my iced tea finally got made… because they didn’t write the names on the cups. The process here needs fixed. No one should be double charged and no should have to wait that long at that time of day. I was very close to walking out of the store, sans iced tea, because I was too tired of waiting.
