I saw Dr. Nguyen in both the Chandler and Gilbert offices. He was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. All of his staff were equally impressive. I ended up needing two root canals, but the experience wasn’t bad at all. Dr. Nguyen even made himself accessible after hours to assist me.

This is THE WORST place to get root canals done. I’m not that kind of client to be bashing on a business unless i really truely have a horrible experience. I had about 9 root canals done here, and one of them Dr. Hung forgot to mention he didn’t do right, and he mentioned it to me a couple weeks after he did the root canal. When I went into the procedure, it was the most painful experience i have ever gone through… And I know mouth pain trust me. He didn’t numb me all the way and I kept asking for more novacaine cause I could feel it, he would just tell me to stop and hold me down. Please Please be careful who you see at this office. Dr Hung Nyguen is not professional. DO NOT SEE HIM

I’ve had two root canals here with Dr. Ken Frick. He’s awesome! His «bed-side» manner is outstanding. And he’s very skilled technically, too. A root canal is not something you look forward to, but he does a great job managing your pain. His front office staff and dental staff are excellent, too. Very compassionate! If you have to have a root canal, I highly recommend this place. There’s another doc in the practice; don’t know anything about him, so be sure to ask for Dr. Frick.
