Clean office, nice staff, I went there, X-rays examines and referred me out. To an Endodontist, who did same thing and referred me to oral surgeon just for extraction!

My insurance would not pay for the Xray as it had already been done by another provider. They did not defend Dr. Kerr in any way, just explained that they cannot pay for the same Xray twice. Dr. Kerr refused to accept that Xray and insisted on doing his own Xray. I do not agree that I have been treated with respect. I do not ever refer anyone to this provider. There are many that are much better in my opinion.

5÷22÷2013 In response to the Dentist saying he has not identified me as a patient: I am a patient I’m just smart enough to not use my real name on the internet. Trust me, I sure was a patient, and I sure WAS refused service on a tooth that was so infected that I had to go back to my dentist later for a drain– by emergency. When my husband wasn’t able to make the shockingly high payment for it, I was refused service. This is all true, and the fact you told me it was my fault, shows me that I was correct in my original review.

WORSTSERVICEEVER! Waited over 4 hours for a root canal… just to see him. He said he would waive part of the fees because of the wait instead I was billed 2 months later for almost double($ 300) what I had paid upfront. I had specifically asked them what my maximum cost would be. I would not recommend this Dentist ever

It would be shockingly easy to mistake a visit to Kerr Endodontics for a visit to a classy day spa. Just ignore that big shiny drill in the corner… But seriously, this place is posh! From the first moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by plum and gray colors, soothing music, and smiling faces. There is a natural stone floor, pleasant artwork on the walls, and a small cooler with free bottled water and juices to enjoy while you wait. Once in the oh-so-comfortable dentist chair, you’ll have your own personal television and remote, so you can channel surf while getting your root canal. The assistants are skilled and friendly, and the office manager is very good with working with your insurance company. Dr. Kerr himself is appropriately professional and takes the time to explain your condition and treatment plan. Let’s be honest — Nobody actually WANTS to visit the dentist. But if you must, Kerr Endodontics makes the experience as painless(literally) as possible.
