This company does not sell quality products. I ordered a comforter and when it arrived, it was as hard as a rock! NOT comfy at all! When I tried to return it unused, they said they would not accept it because it had hair on it. I wonder what percentage of product returns they do not accept because«it has hair on it»? It was taken out of the bag and put right back in, so i don’t know how hair could’ve got on it, unless it fell off my daughter’s or my head when we were trying to squeeze the comforter back into«it’s original packaging». It took customer service several weeks to get back to me for the authorization to return it, which had me worried because they say they won’t accept anything after 15 days. They only respond via email, which also makes it difficult. I think they have a bunch of reasons«not to accept the returns». This product doesn’t qualify as a comforter, the fabric is hard and noone would want to sleep with it. It is not soft as a comforter should be. The product is by kimlor and is called moose mountain outdoor atmosphere comforter and the company i purchased it from is — both poor.
