Do NOT use this company! The owner is horribly rude, and hung up on me after I called to ask about the terrible job that was done to my house. Horrible customer service! I can’t believe people like this are allowed to run a company.
I uploaded a video on what our personal shampoo vacuum from costco pulled up from the carpet AFTER the poor job that Campbell’s Steam Pro did to my carpets!

Carpet cleaners. Need i say more? I can pick 10 random businesses, pin them all on the wall, close my eyes and throw a dart in the random direction to find a reliable company that doesn’t bait/​switch, rip you off, or do a poor job.
Well, my search s over. Campbell’s Steam Pro is Highly recommended.
After receiving a flyer in our neighborhood (and checking the Unilocal reviews), I contacted owner Scott Campbell to discuss his services and prices. Folks you really can’t get any better service for the price– Campbell’s Steam Pro pre-​treats every room cleaned at no extra charge. For an extra $ 45 I also got the anti-​bacterial and odorizer service for the entire home. At 3,500 square feet — the entire service was extremely affordable!
Technician Greg arrived 5 minutes early, was very professional and gave tips during the job to help explain ways to quickly clean messes if they occurred. He did an outstanding job on the entire house, working extra hard on the heavier traffic areas. Our two-​story home took about 2 hours to finish. If you live in the East Valley or Ahwatukee area– Greg’s your guy!
This is a truck-​mounted system and used high power hot steam to ensure clean carpet. Basically it’s 280 degrees hitting your carpet with enzymes and cleaner to ensure freshness and ridding your carpet of dirt, grime, etc. Afterwards, our carpet seriously looked good as new. We will use Campbell’s to service our home twice a year to maximize the life of carpet.

Went down the list of companies to steam clean a used sectional that we purchased. Most of them have yet to call me back — 3 days later! We didn’t wan to bring it into our home until it was completely sanitized and stain free but didn’t want it tying up space in our garage either. After leaving a message with Campbell’s Steam Pro, the owner Scott promptly called back and he was able to open a spot for us the same day… a Saturday no less!!! Sent his tech Johnny who did a very thorough and good job. Price was very fair and I highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work!

Campbell“s Steam Pro is amazing! Their work is phenomenal. I was so surprised and impressed with how well they cleaned my carpets. I’ve had the carpets clean before by a «eco friendly company» and I wasn’t impressed. Campbell’s Steam Pro blows the green team out of the water. They have reasonable rates without the hassle.
