Nancy is the very best at everything! Her salon is truly lovely! Nancy is an expert with a sense of humor and fun! We have been her guests since 1990… Would never ever think of going elsewhere!

The worst! This salon started out as a classy little place with expert stylists but has slowly deteriorated. They move around and do not tell scheduled clients nor apologize for inconveniences. Claudia is rude and apparently annoyed with working. She was ready to go postal when I showed up a half hour early to an appointment with my boyfriend (so that I wouldn’t end up late). Claudia aggressively washed my hair and tried to demand that I take off my sweater (uhhh???). She was cutting and styling my hair so briskly that she didn’t even skip a beat after grazing my eye with a Chi iron! Lol It was crazy! She was cold and unprofessional to my boyfriend also. All this after helping her coworker’s clients find this dive when we were all standing around like idiots in front of their former location without even a note on the door. Who does that to ***people***let alone their business? Apparently Claudia isn’t affected by a down-​turn economy and does not have to show respect or self-​restraint. If you like a stylist who doesn’t forget that your hair is attached to your head, you will have better luck at Great Clips!

Completely ruined my hair. I had highlights done in a bright white color when I have brown hair. Not only was the color awful, she started the highlight an inch down my scalp AND was completely crooked so it looked like I already had roots. When I told her I could not leave looking like that she replied she meant to do that so she wouldn’t burn my scalp. I understand a few centimeters but an inch is a bit unrealistic. Her «fix» was adding some dark low lights to the awful color and not fixing the placing of the highlights. I figured I’d cut my losses and go somewhere else to fix rather than having her try again for the third time. When I went to leave she still charged me full price AND charged me twice so i had to go back and get the second charge refunded when I noticed. Needless to stay I will never be back.

My daughter and I went to Chateux Cheveau recently to get highlights and a hair cut. My daughter was going to be in a pageant about a week later so we wanted to get her highlights touched up in anticipation of the coming event. I can’t remember what the hair dresser’s name was that did our hair, but I was so upset by the time I left that I didn’t even think about asking.
She messed up on my daughter’s highlights, making them look yellow (we had asked for her to match the color that was already in her hair– it was carmel blond). I might add it was cartoon character yellow. She ended up fixing them, so I thought, «okay, at least she fixed them.» Then I let her continue on to my hair, which wasn’t the best judgment call. She ended up using the wrong color! She apologized telling me that someone «switched the tube» on her. She ended up fixing it, but I was already upset. She didnt even comb out my wet hair! She blow dried it a little but never combed it. By that time we had been there for 6 hours! We got there at 1pm and left a little before 7pm. Then, the icing on the cake… she charged me for the color correction that she messed up on (charged me twice even– for my hair and my daughters)! I was suprised, more like livid! I would never come back here. I have no words to describe the frustration and anger that was generated from that one visit.

An amazing salon! Lucky to find a salon that is affordable, close to home and has good hairstylists. Finally. Love that it doesn’t break the bank. Everyone is super nice. Highly recommend it and will now be going there permanently. My hair looks awesome. It was done as a color correction. Sarah was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Can’t wait to go back.

The ladies here are extremely talented and are so sweet! The owner was really great when I accidentally purchased the wrong product! They have excellent attention to detail! The stylists are great and the colorist sarah was extremely awesome! I had really dark hair and needed to go light and she colored my hair in a safe and efficient way. My color came out beautiful and my cut is even better!
The salon was clean and had a great environment. I will anyways come here for my color and cuts! My sister recommended I go there and they have a great referral program. I saved 20% on my cut and 10% on my color.
This is my new awesome salon!
