Cvs Store

Store is ok/​good for a quick run. But the Pharmacy is horrible. It never fails that they either can’t fine your script or try to give me someone else meds. They cannot fill a script without it being a major deal. They also constatntly lie about having called my doctor. when i question it and say my doctor uses the fax not calls they just refuse to answer. Today topped it though when they couldn’t find a script I dropped of yesterday. they kept looking and finally food it of course it was messed up so the girl actually asked me if I could pull around and get behind the other four cars because they liked to have people served in less than ten minutes. I had already waited for three cars and their incompetence so I said no. She didn’t know what to say and was just looking at me. I told her all I want is my prescription forms back I’ll take them elsewhere. so finally she ripped it off and handed it to me. Final straw I’m going elsewhere which is terrifying because they’ll have to transfer my scripts which I know will not go well. A few years ago a woman named Bonita worked here and was amazing now it’s a comedy of errors every time.

Great store, a cvs is a cvs is a cvs.
It’s convenient, saves time, in and out service.
(You’ll pay for the conveniency) Don’t buy your months worth of groceries here. I’ve seen people do it. Maybe not a month, but damn.

This is absolutely the best experience I had with CVS. Wilma have notice I purchase products that might qualify me for a $ 10 gift card plus the $ 5 that I already had. She even track me down and called me at my house and told me that I left my debit card there. Truly amazing customer service that deserved an award. Thanks Wilma and wonderful team here.
