I had to walk in the store because if I would of ordered online my husband would of known. The lady just wasn’t helpful at all and seemed rude. She just wasn’t efficient in her job. Never asked me what I had in mind, if I wanted it delivered, or anything. She just wanted me to look at a computer screen… And when I finally decided on something I found out they don’t deliver those and she acted rude as if I should of known. Don’t work at a job dealing with people if you don’t want to deal with them! In any event I’m glad I got something ordered for him on his special day but honestly I truly believe if she was more helpful I could of gotten him something better or I could take the advice of another reviewer and just go to frys! I probably will, EA is over priced. I definitely wouldn’t go back in this store.

Paid nearly $ 60 to send a gift to my mother on her birthday and they were unable to deliver it on the day. This wasn’t a big deal as they called my mother and she mentioned she was not at the house so they said they would deliver it on Monday.
Monday came and went and they still were unable to deliver the items so she called the store and they were rude to her on the phone prompting her to call me and tell me to just cancel the order as it wasn’t even worth it at this point.
This completely ruined a birthday surprise for my mother and ended up turning it into a terrible experience that she had to deal with. Complete waste and I would be very hesitant to use again in the future. The value is already relatively low for what you get versus what you pay for and the service is not any better.

Don’t think you can stop in if you’re in a pinch for a present. Went on Sunday to pick something up for my moms husbands bday. Arrived at 2pm which was closing time on Sunday… I get that but I would have thought in a customer friendly business that they would have been more accommodating. All the lady said was it was «2 o’clock like her coach turned into a pumpkin! No sorry, no other offer, nothing. We ran next door to Fry’s who had a lovely section of premade baskets and gifts and got him a basket of wine, chocolate, a movie and a cute stuffed animal for $ 30…which is about what I would have spent on 12 pieces if fruit dipped in chocolate. Save your money and skip this place and go to Frys.

Okay… I have to first say that the stuff they sell is good tasting and fresh… BUT I’m not a total crazy person! I’m not going to pay 15 dollars for 6 one inch pieces of banana dipped in chocolate! I mean, really??? Do I look that crazy — don’t answer that…
Ok, I’ve eaten this at work, when another department had it delivered… we’re bums like that, what can I say? And yeah, it was pretty darn good but I can’t justify paying 45+ for a basket of friggin produce! I mean, come on!
By the way, the customer service here was shitty, we went next door Fry’s and got my mom in law a nice cheesecake and some pretty flowers. Next year I’m planning ahead and MAKING choco-covered fruit for everyone: o) Prolly for like, 20 bucks max?
