So pleased to take advantage of the buy 2 get the third free. Resident managers and security cameras are a huge plus. Was desperately looking for a place to store our Motorhome and trailer after moving here from McHenry, IL to San Tan Valley.
Could not be happier with the professionalism of this operation.

This place is a dump. Security is a joke. The «site manager» was not available during office hours on our move in day, but showed up late, was very rude, and gave us a hard time when we were trapped inside the facility because the gate does not open past 7pm. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

The managers at Gilbert Self Storage are incredibly nice and were very helpful with our self storage questions. This place is very professionally run and security is obviously a top priority. The property and the rental units were clean and well maintained. The automated system for payment and entry are incredibly user friendly.

Expensive. The people that run it are fairly nice. It’s very secure, you have to enter a code to get in and out. It’s not 24 hour accessible, but open from 7 – 7. Be prepared for all of your stuff to get COVERED in dust/​dirt since none of the units are sealed in any way. Also make sure you check your stuff for spiders, various bugs, and lizards because it’ll be full of them. They’ll let you prorate in, but you’ll have to pay for the entire month out. So if you move out on the 3rd guess what, you just paid for the entire month for it to be empty.
