Everything about our experience here was fantastic. Shannon was so helpful and made the process of getting our storage unit super easy. We got an amazing price on it. Plus, Shannon even called in a couple days later to ask us how our move-​in went! You can tell she truly cares about her customer’s experience!

I have used this location twice in the last 3 years for both a 10×10 and a 10×20 unit. The staff is very helpful and very pleasant. Always glad I use these guys for my storage needs.

This storage facility is nice and seems secure.
However, I wouldn’t come here solely because I was told a price, I took a day off of work to come down and set it up, and when I arrived I was told a price about $ 50 more. When I asked about it their customer service was apathetic and didn’t care to help. Hidden fees are a sure way to lose customers.

They will raise your rate after 6 months guaranteed. They will not tell you this, but it will happen. Happened twice to me already. After my first rate increase, I researched how much covered spots were and found out I was paying more for an uncovered spot. So when I went to switch, of course they wouldn’t give me the advertised price. I asked if I can start an account in my name (my account is in my girlfriends name), they said I couldn’t because I am a payer on her account. Even though, when I called to ask questions, they couldn’t speak to me because I wasn’t on her account. So was I on her account or not? Still don’t know, but I know I had to pay the more expensive rate. Then the rate went up again, go figure.
While the staff is always friendly, they have zero ability to help the customer in any way.

April was very pleasant to work with. Only dealt with her a few times but when I checked out of my unit, she remembered my name and had the paperwork done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
