Tremendous customer service!
A pair of boots that I had purchased several months ago had the leather separate near the seam with the sole. It looked as if the leather had weakened in that area and then split. Other than that manufacturing defect, the boots had been great! When I took them in, Jay immediately, without any questions, gave me a new pair. What customer service! Also, Jay is a great guy, funny and personable! He always has a new joke to tell and a candy bar to give to you! I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for boots or work shoes!

I would highly recommend this shoe store for anyone who needs work shoes. The gentleman that works there is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, and he truly cares about you getting the right shoe! He insists on giving you a candy bar and usually gives you free shoelaces with you shoes. The store is not the cleanest, but that’s his system and he knows it well! I won’t go anywhere else to get my workboots! If you like good people and true local businesses, then you need to go to this place!

Sweetest old man. All about customer service and making sure you leave happy and comfortable. Greeted us with a candy bar and some silly jokes. Very friendly and helpful. Wish there were more businesses like this these days.

By far the best customer service ever, I would highly recommend Jay an his store to anyone needing boots! He went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted and a price that is competitive with big chains that don’t give you the customer service.

Unbelievable experience, I’m from New England and this is the first time I left a store to buy boots where the service was impeccable. Very knowledgable and a great sense of humor .

The owner, Jay, I believe is his name is incredibly friendly. Has a wide range of boots and shoes to select from in the back of the store, although all of them are not on display up front. Tell him what you want and he will bring back a selection for you to choose from. Was very gracious I came in, even though i didnt end up buying anything at the time. He gave me tips for buying steel toe shoes and even suggested a couple of other retailers without me even asking. Gave me a candy bar and a corny joke before I left. The store that i went to was in Mesa, not in maricopa. I highly suggest dropping in to see Jay.

I’ve been to this place 3 times and it’s always fun to get new work boots. JR measures your feet and has you walk around outside to make sure they won’t hurt after a while. He tells corny jokes but they are funny and he greets you with a candy bar. You will not leave unsatisfied. If you do he does not mind swapping them for something that better suits your needs.

I have been to this place twice now for my work boots. By far the best customer service I have ever received. I got my Converse Stealth both times from here. The owner also modified my shoes each time to perfectly fit my feet. If he has to work in the back he gives you a candy bar for your time. Also they insist you take a walk in the shoes before you purchase.
The entire visit was filled with funny little stories, excellent customer service, and a candy bar. How can you get much better than that. I also got free laces and shoe polish with my boots as well as a hand written postcard in the mail thanking me for my business. You will never find another business that has this kind of service. Definitely the top of my list.
