Two of us went for yearly exam. Waited over 30 min past appointment time, then we were examined by assistants who fumbled while operating equipment. They stuck equipment onto eye which was not supposed to happen. This took a very long time, then we were escorted to a room to wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes(felt like a cattle call, a room full of people). The total time before leaving was 2 hours. Doctor answered questions about glaucoma check by saying I would need to come back another time for that exam? and examination didn’t seem thorough. I did get a copy of the refraction/prescription after asking for it upon departure-it was not automatically given to me. Not impressed; I do not recommend.
