Shopped around for a few days and spoke to half a dozen sales people at just as many stores. Ken was super friendly very low pressure and very knowledgeable. He did what he could to help us purchase the mattress we wanted for a reasonable price. Down side is it was still expensive … And that’s why it’s only 4 stars

Great service and deals! My wife and I needed a new bed after our move to AZ and Ken was super to work with! We got a great bed at a great price and even bought some new pillows! By the way, can’t beat the super fast delivery!

Great place to get a bed. Unbeatable prices and great customer service. Went in on Veterans Day and got multiple discounts. Simply put, you can go in, take a nap, and come out feeling refreshed. The sales people are not pushy at all. Try the different beds and find the one that is most comfortable to you. After all, you’ll spend about a third of your life in bed. It is important to make sure you have a great bed.

If you have ever been without a bed, then you know what it means to be able to purchase a new one. I had been doing research and looking around for a while. I was pretty sure I knew what I didn’t want in a bed. But finding that perfect bed is not an easy task. Sure, I would love to buy one of those adjustable Temperpedic beds… when I win the lottery. And I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for so I went in search of a bed that was affordable but comfy. My daughter and I walked into this store late on a Saturday afternoon/​evening. The gentleman there asked if he could help us and I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me two beds that fit the bill. We layed on them for a few minutes and both were very comfortable. The gentleman said we could take our time and let him know if we had any questions. I told him I was liable to fall asleep. He told me that he gets people coming in all the time to try beds and they fall asleep. He told me about one such gentleman who had brought a book with him, layed down on a bed, read his book, and fell asleep for two hours! WOW… how many places do you know where you could do that? And it does make sense really. You can try all kinds of things before you buy them, why not a bed? But it was late and the store was closing so we left with prices in hand. I told him I would have to «sleep on it». haha! And that is what I did… I went back the next day and bought two brand new beds, one for my daughter and one for me. This was a Sunday and I needed to get some things for our new beds… like bedding… so I asked if they could deliver it the following Saturday. I was told this would not be a problem. I got two beds, frames, mattress pads AND delivery for dirt cheap!!! On the day of delivery I got a phone call… the beds were on the way! And they called at almost exactly the time they said they would, give or take a few minutes. They arrived on time, promptly brought the frames in and put them together in a flash, brought the beds in, set them up, and they were gone within 15 minutes! WOW! I was amazed!
Sleep America really deliverd in more ways than one. The customer service was awesome and now I sleep so much better in a comfy, warm, safe bed! Thank you Sleep America!!!
