I was very impressed with the salesmanship and the professional manner in which Ricky Inclan handled my sale. I had been traveling for several days to reach Gilbert, so I was exhausted, I wanted it to be easy, quick and as painless as possible. He listened to what I wanted as far as price, comfort, and when I needed it delivered. I would highly recommend this store, and other Matress Firm locations. I would especially driving the extra distance to seek out Ricky as he did take that extra time to be sure that I was a very satisfied customer. He is a young man determined to succeed and this corporation should be glad they have someone of such integrity working on their team. I work in Sales and I have personally interviewed and hired hundreds of people over my career and if he had had experience in my line of work, I would have swiped him away from you. Great job Ricky! Keep up the good work.

My husband and I went to look for a mattress at the Market St store and had the pleasure of working with Jeff Geffre the Store Mgr. He was awesome! He took the time to explain the differences in mattresses to us. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. We chose a Tempurpedic mattress (which is what I wanted), applied for financing and had our bed 2 days later. Thanks Jeff!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a Beauty Rest today at this store. Natalie was our sales person and even though she was a new employee, she was trained well and knew all about the products. She had a «whatever it takes» attitude and got us a great deal, much better than Mattress Firm was offering. Natalie and her manager were very friendly and explained everything to us.

We have purchased from this store before with great success… but on November 15, 2014 we went in thinking we were looking for $ 2000.00 to $ 4000.00 mattress to replace a king mattress we’d had for 11 years. My daughter has a sleep number bed and my physical therapist recommend a Tempur-​Pedic bed. Marcus was our sales associate and we tried the Tempur-​Pedic bed first. Marcus had us both lay down and proceeded to inform us about the bed while demonstrating all that it could do. We loved that the head part and the feet part could be adjusted with the touch of a button and the massage vibrate part had several intensities. We were so comfortable we became sleepy. Then we tried two other beds. There was just no comparison. We ended up purchasing the Tempur-​Pedic with all the whistles and bells. Much more expensive than we had planned. We have 100 days to make sure this is the mattress for us. We’ve already decided… it is:) Marcus was very helpful from start to finish.

Purchased CA King mattress set! Very positive experience. Delivered as expected. Have had a couple nights on new bed and it is wonderful!
