McDonald’s

I like the soft play area they have. It’s way better than the big toys that don’t always seem to clean. The play area is Very clean and staff is always nice. They also have a tv for little ones to watch cartoons and play.

Went to McDonald’s yesterday cuz of the 2 for $ 5 special, which they no longer offer. So I decided on the $ 12.99 bundle. When I finally got to the window to pay. the manager asked if I wanted a ice cream cone for my wait in line, which was very accommodating! When I got home & we started eating the Big Macs, we realized there was only one beef patty per sandwich. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a Big Mac but aren’t they supposed to have 2 beef patties per sandwich? Are you guys trying to save money or what?

It is a McDonalds, all I am expecting is quick service with a smile. I will only have them for breakfast as I don’t like their menu aside from that. Given the previous statement, for breakfast this was a good mcdonalds and the drive-​thru was pretty quick

They say breakfast all day but they fail to mention the whole breakfast menu isn’t available all day. I went there for a sausage biscuit sandwich and it wasn’t available after 1030am

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. The fries are never filled. The line is always unreasonably long and slow. And as I’m leaving this review, there getting my order wrong or more accurately, completely forgot it. Thank you

Only 4 people working at 830pm and I guess ALL DAY breakfast excludes hashbrowns. They don’t make those this late apparently.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill for quite some time now. They used to be our favorite, but about every other time we go here, something is wrong — they get our order wrong, charge us wrong, eggshells in the sausage egg mcmuffins, hand us sticky cups.
Today the guy handed me my drink and the cup was all sticky. I didn’t have wipes in my car, so the steering wheel and everything I touched was sticky until I could find a place to wash my hands. If you overflow the drink, please clean the outside of the cup. We’re not expecting that when you go through the drive-​thru, you need a bag of wipes to clean your hands due to the McDonald’s person handing you sticky things.

Fox «news» on the t.v. loudly. Manager unwilling to change the channel or even turn down the volume. Sad. Won’t be back.

I have been here a couple times because it is near my house, everytime I swear I am not coming back. The drive –thru is a nightmare. If you pick the wrong lane you will sit there and watch the other pass you by. The service is super slow and your order will not be accurate.

This place has messed up my order twice. They are complete idiots. I ordered two sausage and cheese biscuits, a sausage mc muffin with egg whites and a hazel nut iced coffee. Mind you, everything was correct on the screen. When I arrived home, I found that instead of a sausage mc muffin with egg whites, I had been given a sausage mc muffin with ham. Seriously, how hard is it to get a customer’s order correct. It’s not rocket science guys! And these people want to make $ 15 a hr… give me a break!
I called to talk to the manager who sounded as though he had yet to hit puberty. He didn’t even bother to apologize. He wanted me to drive all the way back to that location to switch out my sandwich… Fml. This could possibly explain why my orders are always messed up!!!

Horrible service here, Sat in the 2^nd drive through while 5 cars placed their order in drive through number one. Someone behind me got our and walked the window to complain. Got my child’s happy meal with no chicken nuggets, just fries and Apple’s. Forgot to give me straws and had to remind them 2 times for the milk. When I went back to complain and just return my food and get my refund one manager pushed me of to another and then he argued with me that I did have the chicken. Don’t like McDonald’s anyway and hardly ever go there, this just sealed the deal for me. Good luck with the rebranding of Ronald, with service like this it won’t matter.

Saturday 0730 and I’m waiting in the drive thru for more than 15minutes. Only one person taking orders on two lanes. Received my order exactly as ordered and gentleman that delivered my order was friendly.

I work really close to this McDonald’s so I stop in often before work for a drink or snack and it’s probably the most consistent place I’ve been to in regards to service. I’ve always been in and out of the drive thru in less than a couple if minutes and my order has never been wrong even when I’m picky about how much ice is in my drink. Love this McDonald’s!

When u gotta clog the arteries I’m sure you know where to go. Service here is fast and the employees are always smiling

What is the deal with the double drive-​thru? This McDonald’s is always busy, so I guess the two lanes help break up traffic for like a second, but here’s what ends up happening. There are two lanes to place orders, but then they merge to one lane for the pay window and pick up window. So you choose a lane, place your order, and then as you inch up toward the pay window, the guy in the other order lane speeds up to try to get in front of you to get his food first… well guess what, buddy, I ordered first, so my food is going to be ready first! It’s so annoying!

This is the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Plus they have a huge toddler play area with flat screen tv. It was so nice to sit here and enjoy my coffee and newspaper while the kids played. The play area is just like the mall, but without the filth and crowds. There is a hand sanitizing station and a sign that says to use before and after play. The play structures aren’t those disgusting tube slides and ball pits that are impossible to clean. These can actually be cleaned! (See pics). I hope this stays my little secret. Free wi-​Fi too! Friendly employees. Food is of the same quality you’d find at your typical McDonald’s. I just thought the décor, atmosphere, cleaniness and play area were good enough to Unilocal about.
