First time coming here. Drive by all the time and thought I would try something different. Super cute when I came in and nice vibe. Waitress was friendly. However, when I sat down the table rocked and my coffee kept spilling. So I moved to the next table over and that one rocked too. Waitress tried to put sugar packets under the legs to keep it from rocking. Still rocked every time you put your elbows down. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was awful. Terribly seasoned. Literally had no taste and was so tough it was difficult to cut through. I didn’t bother complaining as I had an appointment right after and didn’t have time to order something else. Would not eat here again. I was there 5÷13÷16.

Went for breakfast Saturday. Pretty busy, however also super slow. It was me and two others. We ordered two omelets and an egg breakfast. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Our waitress never came back to see if we wanted more coffee or water or anything until we complained about not getting our food yet. The food was sub-par. Look warm when we got it. Not seasoned well. I probably won’t come back. I can see why restaurants like snooze are taking over business. Definitely need work on service.

Highly recommended by family… Sunday morning breakfast place was backed up… food slow coming from kitchen but wait staff made sure we had plenty of coffee and juice. Food was hot when it arrived… NO red tabasco sauce… mortal sin… but all was great food wise. Sit outside if weather permits.

Great breakfast place. Been here a couple times. Great service, great food… and really, really good coffee. Every employee in the place seemed to be excited to be there. Great homemade jelly. Breakfast burritos were tasty. My wife and daughter enjoyed the eggs benedict and my son has tried the pancakes and this time had the waffle. All good food and can’t beat the service

«Over» rated. Heard good things when it first opened but the service and the food are subpar. I will not be coming back to over easy.

This is one of our favorite spots for breakfast in Gilbert. The service is always fast and friendly and its great for the kiddos. Our favorite is the Caramelized banana & pecan brioche French toast. ITISBEYOND Delicious. They make they own jelly/jam and it is quite tasty. The Benedicts are yummy too! The music that they play is top notch and is a generally fun environment for all ages

Management needs complete overhaul. Poorly trained servers w tunnel vision and improperly handling food and money. Food sat in the service window the entire time I was there. Only 2 servers and one cook on staff at 9:00 am? Over easy has the perfect recipe 4 a terrible dining experience. Food is average. Stick with farmhouse or biscuits if dining 4 breakfast in this gilbert area.

The food here is usually worth the wait. Not today. My mother in law put our name in, requesting a table for 6 at 9:45. The hostess wrote down 9:51…six minutes matter. We were quoted a 30 – 40 minute wait, which was fine because they were busy. After watching the hostesses(by the way, there were three of them who couldn’t manage this situation together) seat ten people who arrived after us, I began to pay attention to what they were doing, or in this case – not doing. They were not planning a way to seat our party of six. They were waiting for their ONE table of six to finish and leave. A couple walked in and were seated at a table for two within five minutes. At this point, we were on minute 35 of waiting. Five minutes later, a part of four left from the table right next to that couple, which would have been six if they had planned appropriately. When I got up to speak to the hostesses, they sat another party of four, who had come in after us, at that open table. So, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager quoted me the time that the hostess had written down, and my mother in law corrected him that that time was not when she checked in. As he looked, he could see there was no empty table waiting to be paired up for our party of six. He looked to the table of six to see that they were no where near being done. We had been waiting 45 minutes at this point. I explained how frustrating is was to watch what could have been a table for six be seated with two parties who had waited less than us. I shared my story because I wanted him to know why we were leaving. His response was, «Are you sure you I can’t talk you into waiting?» Longer? Us? No, sir. Not today. I thanked him for hearing my concern, suggested he add some training for his host staff, and left. The good news? No wait for a table at Zin Burger where I had a breakfast burger and found a new favorite spot!

Took my toddler to meet up with a few of my girlfriends and this was the second time I ate here. The first time, the service was awful and the server clearly hated life. The food was okay. I had the small version of the wolf pack and it didn’t have any unique flavors and required much salt/pepper. This last time, I got the biscuits/gravy and a scrambled egg, one friend and my son got a typical breakfast(egg, hash, toast, bacon), and other friend had a florentine Benedict. I was the only one impressed with my dish but none of us finished our meals. Good thing, because who knows how sick we would have been! We all FOUR ended up with food poisoning that evening/the next day. Misery. Either they didn’t wash their hands or something was wrong with the eggs(the only common item in our dishes). Either way, I will never go back.

We have Julia’s not opening on time(I still love that place) to thank for making our way to Over Easy. The reviews are kind of mixed but we had a solid breakfast this morning. Arriving around 7:30, there were only a couple of tables occupied and we decided to sit at the bar and watch TV, and also watch a fascinating machine that rolls the oranges on through to make fresh squeezed OJ. Love that and wish I could drink OJ. I had the Hopple Popple($ 9.50) which they usually make with scrambled eggs, but I asked if they could scramble everything but the eggs, and instead put some over easy eggs on top. Our server said, «Sure. No problem». I had the marble rye toast with mine. My husband got the 2 egg breakfast with bacon, hash browns & sourdough toast.($ 8.00) I had my mind set on ordering the waffle dogs anyway, just to try them. An order of 3 is $ 8.50, but the specials board said we could get one for $ 3, so that’s what we did instead. Everything was really delicious. Those waffle dogs are like a funnel cake wrapped around a sausage. Very nice. I really enjoyed my Hopple Popple with all the yolk mixed in with the scramble. I got a bite of the bacon from Mr. M and that was really nice as well. Cooked perfectly and slightly smoky. The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the coffee. Kind of bitter without any rich flavor. I might try something else next time. Danica took great care of us at the bar and the total with tax was $ 24.79. We had a great breakfast and there were some other interesting choices on the menu. We’ll definitely be back.

Quick, affordable, and super tasty. Have tried a few things on the menu and they’ve all been good. Staff is friendly, too. I’d highly recommend the eggs benedict and«The Wolf pack». Great place to start the day.

Great brunch spot for a different take on the classics. If there is one thing you must get its the waffle dogs. Breakfast sausage, hand dipped in waffle batter, topped with powder sugar and served with syrup. This by itself is worth stopping in.

Messed up chicken and waffles. This crap was on the chicken. GROSS. Stay away. It sucks. This dish is great if you ate 300 pounds and want to stay that way.

Omg. We went back last Saturday, for my birthday brunch, and had the worst service of my life. Server was SUPER grumpy, forgot spinach in an omelette, forgot silverware, forgot my side of turkey bacon, forgot someones toast, forgot syrup. Seriously? Coming from a server, find a new job! Food was better this time. when we finally did get it.

This place is like, so good, but like, so bad. It all tastes so good and in my head I was screaming«Amanda stooooop! You’re full! Just take it hooomme!» But I couldn’t take it home. I couldn’t. I was about to get on a plane and I didn’t want to be carrying a to-go box full of food on the plane, because well, that’s too much work. So I ate everything. I ate the fried chicken on top of that waffle with maple syrup and I helped my boyfriend eat his eggs benedict that clearly had some sort of crack sauce on it because it tasted so good. And then I was even more full. But it was worth it. So, the food here is delicious and yummy and good, and the portions are big and awesome. But, just be careful young padawan, for your eyes may be bigger than your stomach. Take it home!

Very cute little brunch/breakfast place. Bonus? It’s down the street from my house. lol. We were so hungry so we literally wanted everything on the menu. lol. I ordered the Chilaquiles. It has chicken, sour cream, cheese, and topped with eggs any style. This was quite yummy but it was spicy! Omg, I’m a wuss so I was dying. Someone should’ve warned me because it didn’t say it on the menu. I think it would’ve been better if it wasn’t so dam spicy for me. My friend ordered the Wolfpack. This comes with hashbrowns, cheese, bacon, and eggs. We topped it with gravy which made it delicious. We washed everything down with Mimosas. I like the mimosas here. For $ 5 you get a pretty good size glass, not one of those skinny champagne glasses that it comes in. I’ll definitely come back to try some more items on there! =)

Two days in a row! Two! Good service, nice décor, excellent food, FREAKINGAMAZING Bloody Mary’s…I’ve found a new breakfast spot in Gilbert! Our first visit was a day date for the hubs and I. He had been wanting to check this place out but thought the only one that existed was in Arcadia. I mentioned I had driven by the one on Warner and since we had other plans in Tempe that day, we decided to check it out. We arrived around 9:30am on a Friday and were promptly seated. During our time there, an hour or so, it really filled up. I ordered the chiliquilles. I asked our server what he recommended between those and the corned beef hash. The serving was large and I filed up quickly. The chips stayed crunchy through the whole meal… nothing worse than soggy chips. Blech! Not wanting to get loaded first thing in the morning(and therefore sleepy), we chose to split a Mary’s en Fuego. Jalapeño vodka, Bloody Mary mix, bacon bits, Old Bay rim. YUM! It was spicy and so, so good. Highly recommended. On the next visit we brought the kids. They loved their pancakes. This time I went with the corned beef hash. Meh. Small portion and not a lot of flavor. The chiliquilles is where it’s at. Oh… and another Bloody Mary.
