Sonoran Spine

Had an appointment at 10:30am, after one and a half hours I asked for my money back! Apparently this Dr Crandell and his staff thinks this is normal. This office is a joke! Front office staff will lie to your face and regurgitate rehearsed lines in an apparent attempt to appease patients. People, THIS IS NOT OK! You have options. exercise them and go somewhere else. Rude behavior by physicians, like making patients wait an absurd amount of time shall not be tolerated. I have zero patience for pompous, rude doctors. their time is NOT more valuable than mine. DO NOT GO TO SONORAN SPINE!

I just had my first appointment this morning with Dr. Lyle Young. I wish I had him as my primary care physician as well as any other doctor I have ever seen in my life. He was very nice, personable, easy to talk to and the most important thing, he actually listened! I feel like he really took the time to hear what I was saying so that he could understand my pain better.
The rest of the staff that I had contact with were also great, I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone, or that I was not important.
As I said, today was my first appointment so I will update this as I go along with the process. For now, it is recommended that I try physical therapy and other medication before rushing straight to surgery.
So far, two thumbs up and five stars.
