**Update to prior review** We received extremely rude and disrespectful service from the lady that performed the walk through. Although the carpets and counters, Windows and ac filter were disgusting when we moved in — we left the place professionally cleaned. Janna(I believe was her name) made snooty comments to my wife and also claimed to be an expert on AZ law. It’s amazing how you get treated when you move out. This is the service that eventually bankrupts businesses… keep it up southwest, and you too will wonder what happened.

I have rented through Southwest Accomodations for years and have had several homes I have lived in. All were very clean and ready for my move in! Janna is such a sweetheart and always eager to help! Anytime I have needed a repair or an issue has occured Janna is quick to get back and things are handled in a timely manner. I would highly reccomend this company for your renting or Selling/Buying of home

The house I rented thru Southwest Accommodations was NOT cleaned appropriately. The house is a nice house, just not cleaned even tho I was promised I would not have to clean up after past tenants myself. Isn’t that why they collect so many deposits?!? Dog hair everywhere. Outside and along base boards in the house. Chipped and dirty paint inside. A bath tub that was about 90% clogged. Hmm… had things been cleaned like they claimed that would have been discovered and fixed and I wouldn’t have had to fix it myself. Or did they know about it and choose not to fix it? Needless to say, my next rental will NOT be with these people. They are also impossible to get a response out of.
