I have been to this store a few times. My first experience was awful, the guys helping me buy a phone for my mom seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and kept acting unprofessional and like little kids. Hated it!!! But sometimes you must give things a second try, glad I did. Went in last night to upgrade my phone… Alondra made experience an unforgettable one. She was SUPER friendly, and did everything she could to help me. We had problems with the transaction, but she talked with me the whole time. Sometimes places like this are unjoyable… but she forsure made it plessurable. Diffently will be back due to Alondra’s customer service!!!

Stay away from this store. They are liar’s they will tell you whatever it takes to make a commission. We were told that T-Mobile would give us $ 150 for our trade in, plus a $ 350 gift card, and they were going to pay off the remaining debt we owned on our phones with Verizon. Not true!!! We signed up June 13 and still have not received a gift card and Verizon is billing us for more than $ 1,000. No one wants to help us. The Manager does not work there anymore and she was the one that told us all the lies. Stay away from these people, they are bold faced liars!!!
