Horrible service. I tried using their stupid app while sitting at the parking lot in another location but it sent it to this one. When I called the store to ask them to cancel it the girl said they probably already made it. I explained that I’m at another location right now ten miles away but she didn’t care and said I was already charged. I told her to just throw them away then and she«fine, thank you!» In a sarcastic tone and hung up. Now I have to disputed it with my credit card.

Order hasn’t been wrong yet. Knocks on wood. But there are two cashiers and they are flirting and giggling at this guy ordering. Instead of serving me. I understand humans urge to engage in other work activities but the line is only getting longer while I over hear you plan on giving him a discount. Look chasiers I hope you get his number just don’t waste my time too.

I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in years, and after this visit, I will probably never go back. The girl at the counter wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t really friendly either. After we ordered, we stood by the pick up area because my son wanted to see how they made everything. The kitchen was FILTHY and smelled awful! If I would have seen it before ordering, I would have walked out. Gross.

Horrible service. Stood at counter for 7 minute as 4 female employees just ignored me. Finally a empyee comes over looks at me and says nothing. I say hello I’d like to order. Never says a word. They all must hate their jobs there. Will never go to this location again!!!

Wow all the reviews are true, out of 3 drinks only 1 of ours came out correct. Only 2 girls working on a Saturday afternoon with 15 people waiting on drinks and one of them did not know the recipes, $ 20 wasted

Walked in with 25 minutes to spare to get to an appt just 1 exit away. I saw a lot of people waiting for drinks and hesitated to order, but did anyway. 25 minutes later I walked out with a different size than I ordered and very frustrated. The team members were so incompetent! They did not communicate or help each other. The guy making and calling out orders needed more assistance, he was completely in the weeds. He was friendly and apologized to everyone for the wait, but clearly nothing was being done to aid him. He asked the girls making drinks what drink was in a blender and they said they didn’t know —(oh guess, what that was my drink) When I said hey, can you check on my smoothie, he found it as the one he put aside because no one knew what it was — The employees«bumped,» orders off their screens before they were even made — there is no organization or method to the madness. A girl that had been waiting 5 minutes, got her drinks before me. These people need to be re-trained, this store needs major attention. Another woman asked for her money back and walked out — everyone in there, 10+ people, were completely dis-satisfied.

Went in on a Monday morning and the staff was super friendly, quick and helpful. I walked it and was greeted with a big smile, and when I was trying to decide between two, I never felt rushed! Tried the Kale-Ribbean Breeze and it was AMAZING!!!

Worst Jamba Juice I’ve been too. avoid it at all cost. they always make crappy smoothies and never fill up your cup all the way.(Has happened every time I go there)

We will not be returning. This location took us 20 minutes to get our two drinks. They called for us about 10 minutes in, but the drinks were wrong. Then when we finally did receive our drinks, mine was still wrong. The problem is, we were running late to another errand and had no time to even ask them to fix it. We have given them several chances and have gone there about 5 or 6 times, and each time the wait is ridiculously long. You are better off going out of your way to do a different location.

Avoid this one. They’re out of one component of every drink. The cashier has no clue how to operate the register to allow electronic payments. They don’t communicate things from the cashier to the people making the drinks and they’re apparently slow as molasses.

Not a great staff at this location… I’d never had a negative experience at a Jamba until we came to this one a few weeks ago. Honestly, the people here don’t know how to make change? As in, the girl who took our money couldn’t make change without the machine telling her exactly how much to give her and was SURE the til was going to come up less because of the way we gave the change to her(it was something along the lines of us giving her 20.06 for a 6.06 order when she had punched 20.00 into the machine already). Her manager even got involved which is just depressing. He seemed confused at first but then understood what was happening apparently. Still, neither of them were friendly at all and while the smoothie was fine the experience over all was just irritating.

We are visiting from out of town for a 3-day dance intensive in Mesa. I sought out JJ for my child to offer a healthy drink during her break last night 6÷6÷15 around 7:40pm. I bought 2 drinks — me, green apple and my daughter, the one with strawberries, pineapples & mango. Drinks were made by 2 different employees — polite and pretty nice. BUT — My daughter has been up all night with vomiting and diarrhea — and still has the rest of her classes today! Such an AWFUL experience to remember Arizona by! I’m going to call them and let them know they have contaminated food, equipment, or worse, a contaminated employee. I was fine but my poor daughter! Just awful… I would leave NOSTARS but it won’t let me post without at least 1 star!

I frequent this Jamba since it is five minutes away from my house and within walking distance of my workplace. I have gone to this location quite a few times before work to get some smoothies to be able to DRINKANDENJOY before I actually have to go in(as I’m not allowed to have drinks up at the front desk) and each time I have gotten my smoothie TWOMINUTES before I have to start work. I had to wait 20 minutes to get one smoothie. The cashier was less than friendly– and I get it, not everyone is charismatic. But don’t put her at the register if she can’t even smile. I saw no managers at the location, either, which leaves me to wonder if the manager even knows what is going on in the establishment. Needless to say now if I would like to get a smoothie I will go to other locations, because the lack of customer service in that restaurant is very appaling.

I sought out Jamba Juice their highlighted drink with the giant picture– that’s what I wanted. But they were missing two of the four ingredients! I’ll never go back there again

I was in there this morning and the girls were very friendly! I spilt my smoothie all over and unfortunately didnt have time to wait for another one. But the other girl had already made me another one! I left a happy customer! :D

I’ve had a few different smoothies at Jamba Juice — the Mango-a-go-go used to be really good but over time, I find it’s now just really sweet & not too impressive. The Caribbean passion is the same way. When they introduced the Fit ‘N Fruitful smoothies, I gave those a try, to only find myself disappointed. They almost just tasted watery & unappetizing. I haven’t had the oatmeal in a while but it used to be a pleasant breakfast. Since it’s hot here 80% of the time, it’s nice to get something cold & refreshing but when there are so many competing smoothie places, it’s hard to choose Jamba as my place to go.

I personally never had a bad experience at all with this location. Staff is kind, and gets my drinks right. It’s busy depending on the time of the day, so usually when the students comes out from school that’s when there is a long line, but they get my drinks out in a timely matter. I haven’t been here in a year and they changed a lot, their drink sizes are now«small medium and large» with an option of a kid’s size as well. Back then it wasn’t offered and the sizes were like«sixteen — blah blah». The cups are now a hard cardboard like material instead of the styrofoam they had in the past. I don’t mind the changes, I like it now because the styrofoam had a better chance of getting a hole poked in it. I just wish I knew someone who was holding a fundraiser because I would always buy one or two of the«Bogo» cards for $ 10. That’s a steal right there! Location is perfect, I can get my lunch and shopping and juice all in the same place(I’m a chipotle fan). Favorite drink is Orange Dream Machine, and if you sign up to be a jamba insider you get $ 3 off your next purchase! Nice! Overall good drinks and good customer service.
