Poor customer service. While struggling to lift rugs to see the ones below, employee just sat at his computer eating a hot pocket. Was immediately over it and left. Will not be getting my business.

We moved into a house without carpet and were in desperate need of some area rugs. After trolling craigslist for a week I decided I wanted new ones but all the rugs I saw online were cost prohibitive. After a bit more searching I found World of Rugs and they were having a ‘buy one get two free’ sale so I went over to take a look. I was surprised to see they had rugs for every budget ! Salesman Mo is an awesome guy. He allowed me time to look at all the rugs without doing any hard sales pitches. We talked about motorcycles and other non rug topics. It eased my stress about moving and the rug situation :). I left with 3 very nice large rugs for $ 440 which he loaded in my car for me. Awesome guy. Awesome deals. Can’t wait to go back for round 2 !

We spent $ 4491 for rugs. Mo the sales person told us they stand behind their product. One of the rugs we ordered did not fit. Mo told us we would have no problem bringing it back for refund. The rug was never used. We took the rug back 2 weeks ago. $ 505 was supposed to be refunded. Now they want a 25% re-stocking fee. We have another rug that we paid $ 3000 for that is hand woven pure wool. Every time we vacuum we get about 1 gal of wool out in the Vacuum. Mo told us they would stand behind their product. It appears they stand behind their product until it goes out the door. Then it is not their problem.
