I am so glad I decided to give L&L a chance for a haircut and highlights. I get in a rut with hairdressers, going to the same one for years, but I finally was ready for a change. Dawn did my highlights perfectly (a lot like I asked and they were close to the scalp) and she cut my layers differently to flatter my features and give my hair more volume. I’ve literally had the same haircut for 20 years without little change. I trusted Dawn’s expertise and I’m happy I did. I still love my cut months later.
I also enjoy their pedicures, which they have on the second floor. It’s really relaxing to have them away from the rest of the salon services. My only complaint is I wish they used OPI nail polish. The one technician said they used to but changed brands. They use Essie instead, which seems good but their colors aren’t as vast or versatile as OPI’s. Pedicures are reasonably priced too.

Unacceptable response from front desk when I requested time to come in to have a 1 week old gelish manicure repaired on two chipped nails. There are so many places to get gel manicures done. Why choose a place that doesn’t care about the quality of a $ 30. manicure. Actually it’s not even a manicure as they do not do anything but a little filing and a polish change.
I have been going there for quite a while. Not any more.

Life changing pedicures! Amazing attention to detail and quality. They never rush, always take the time to make it perfect. I always feel like I am getting my money’s worth. Best pedicures of my life.

I was going to L&L for a few years and had to go to a different salon for a while. During that time, I kept wishing that I would find a stylist as talented as Shannon. Just as an FYI– I get a haircut and single process color every 4 weeks. My hair is very short, so frequent cuts are a must.
Here’s why I LOVE her– each time I come in, she asks what worked, what didn’t work, how the color held up, etc. She listens to what I say and adjusts the color or cut accordingly. My hair is curly (read frizzy), fine, and picks up tons of orange (which looks horrible on me). The brassiness depends on factors such as sun exposure, time of year, and other unknown factors. Also, I’m cool toned and a lot of my prior stylists have tried to «warm up» my color. You know how that makes me look? Like a corpse with a bad bottled dye job. Shannon’s colors are custom done every time. Her cuts are perfect and grow out beautifully. Complete strangers compliment my hair all the time. I give Shannon all the credit.
Another thing I appreciate is that Shannon is usually running on schedule. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I’ve gone to other places where I’m in the salon for a few hours. At L&L, I’m in and out in an hour and a half. Even though she has a busy book, I never feel rushed.
If she ever retires or moves, I’m screwed!

Great full service salon. Been coming here for several years and the staff has always been excellent.
Nice little waiting area with pretzels and lollipops and complimentary coffee.
The Med Spa services up stairs are great.
Keep an eye out for «day of» deals while you’re getting your hair done, like «half off facials» the day you get your haircut. They’re often posted on the stylist’s mirror.
