New Hanover Chiropractic

I have no idea where the one review came from. I have been going for about five years and this has NEVER happened. Everyone is so friendly, fun and outgoing. One thing is they ALWAYS finish what they are doing before going onto the next thing and this is important so you don’t mess things up. I’m a stickler for front staff being nice and attentive so something had to be going on that this happened as I have never seen or experience this. I have been to a few chiropractors and nobody can even compare to Dr. Sylvester and his staff. My appointments with Dr. Sylvester are at least 15 minutes or more. He NEVER rushes you he wants to make sure you are leaving there well taken care of. This can lead to waiting BUT who cares when you know if you needed the extra time you will get it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and my three daughters and husband feel the same! They CARE about you!

If you want customer service from the front office staff, don’t come here. I walked in on 12−10−11 and the receptionist didnt even acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes.
It does not take much effort to look up from the appointment book, smile and acknowledge a customer even if you are on the phone. An existing patient was waiting to check out and stood there for about 5 minutes before the Chiro came and checked her out. Again the receptionist had her face buried in the appointment book.
I was recommended this place by one of their current customers but this place hasn’t impressed me so far. I can’t even get acknowledged so I can even TRY their services.
