Terrible service. cashier took my order and someone immediately took it off the system as being filled because they were too busy trying to fill Drive Thru orders and don’t want their delivery times dinged. The manager says they always do that when they’re busy and they work off the printed slips. Well, that system sucks since my food order was delayed because of the Drive Thru emphasis. The manager gave me a token apple pie for my waiting. The food was terrible, too. My wife’s bacon cheeseburger was a grease pit. Even the top of the roll was encased in grease. My fish sandwich looked like it was assembled by Stevie Wonder. Half of the cheese was hanging out and stuck to the box. The fish patty wasn’t centered and was hanging past the bun, too. Didn’t bother complaining to the manager as she doesn’t seem to care about the service or the food. I completed the survey online that was tied to my receipt, it will be interesting to see what Corporate’s response will be. And McDonalds wonders why their business is tanking, they don’t need to look far, the answer is right in their restaurants.

Food is good but they always forget BBQ sauces among other things. Always check your order because if you call the manager, she wont replace it. She’ll just apologize.
