So after avoiding this place for most of the year, I finally succumbed to my crunchy taco cravings once again. I nervously went inside to assess the situation, hoping not to repeat my previous experiences. I didn’t recognize anyone that had been working there previously so I decided to give it a go. The man behind the register was clearly in a great mood and chatted with me while taking my order, putting me at ease. Food came quickly and correctly, so a week or two later I visited again but used the drive-thru this time. The difference was dramatic. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and seemed to have been well trained. I’m glad to report my pleasant surprise.

You know, I just dont get it… Why is Taco Bell SO much harder to get good service than every other fast food establishment. Like someone else said, this is a guilty pleasure… But my family has been to this TB5 times and EVERY single time we have had issue. Yesterday was the last time tho. I asked no less than 4 times to make sure there was NOSOURCREAM on the order… you think that would make them happy cause it’s easier… nope they put it on the entire order. If this was the first time, I’d say okay they made a mistake… but this is the 5th time we have gone and they screwed the order. There is clearly no accountability of staff and the owner clearly could care less because there are no changes. It’s such a shame that I have to give up this treat… however is it really a treat if you just throw it out every freaking time? I think not. Los Aztecas will suit me just fine… Good luck ruining your franchise.

Typical taco bell. Food is ok and pretty much the same as you get at any taco bell. The drive through staff is hot or miss. Make sure you check your order because they usually forget something.
