Great atmosphere for drinks, comfy couches and reasonable drink prices. The bar has a good amount of craft and domestic beers on tap. Also went for breakfast which was very good and fairly priced! The breakfast shift was a little understaffed but the food was great!

Stopped in here with my wife over the Columbus Day weekend. Interesting place with nice ambiance. There was no Hostess to seat us, just a sign stating«Seat yourselves» so we did. The bartender was also our waitress and she came over after a few minutes. We don’t drink alcohol so we ordered waters and our waitress left us with four heavy menu’s. One was the evening’s specials, another an extensive wine list and two of the full menu’s. She came back quickly with our water and a plate of fresh rolls with butter. I ordered a cup of the roast red pepper soup and found it well prepared, creamy with bits of sweet red bell peppers and a fair amount of diced chicken. My wife had the egg-battered swordfish with mashed potatoes which she found well prepared tasty and I had a strip steak from the specials menu. Note: This place offers a dry aged 16 oz. strip steak for $ 27.00 but I didn’t was to overeat or drop almost thirty bucks on just the entrée. I was pleased to see a smaller 12 oz. dry aged steak on the specials menu for just $ 21 bucks so that’s what I ordered. I was not disappointed. My steak was ordered medium and that’s exactly what I got. The outside was seared, the small strip of fat was crispy and the steak was delicious. The vegetable of the day was butternut squash and we each received a healthy portion. Portions were generous and we didn’t have room for desert. Next time we’re up there I’ll need to have a light lunch so I can sample the deserts !

This is a great upgrade over the previous restaurant that was here. There is a selection of 12 beers on draft, with more in bottles, and they vary from light to dark. In terms of food, they have thin crust pizza /flat bread, with both traditional pizza sauce and a selection of specialty toppings. They have sandwiches and burgers, the burger we had was very good. Their soups are good. chili was very thick with large pieces of meat and just spicy enough to give it a kick without over powering the other flavors. Clam chowder was ok, not the best I ever had, but definitely tasted fresh. Also had a cream of pepper soup that was good. Creamy, but not over powering cream texture and flavor. Their salmon was done just right, cooked well but not dry. The vegetarian stuffed pepper was very good too. Filled with something similar to home made veggie burger. They also have breakfast menus. The breakfast burrito was very big and tasted great. Prices are on the high side, but it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Great selection of beer and drinks. Food is very fresh and flat breads are tasty and creative. We’ve been coming here for years and these new owners have really perked up the menu options and this is definitely now one of the better options in town. The kids menu is above average with fresh alternatives for them(no boxed Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets)

Part of the new Gunstock Inn ownership and a great place to stop after day of adventure at Gunstock. Steaks are on par with any great city restaurant. French dip sandwich is must try and especially with the hand cut fries. We are with 2 families and 10 people and everyone left happy and full.
