Errand and event day led the hubs and I to Gilroy. In between a wedding and the reception we had some down time to grab coffee and run a quick errand. The parking lot is scary. The drive thru ATM is near an entrance/walk way and if someone is not paying attention someone could get hurt. There is also minimal parking… The staff inside was super efficient and the line did not take very long.

Seriously considering closing my accounts… without fail, just about every time I go to an ATM at this branch, they are «unable to dispense cash.» It’s getting old and it’s been happening more and more. Today both the drive through atm and the atm facing first street were unable to dispense cash. This has probably happened 5 times in the last few months. Luckily there is a chase atm in the CVS on first street so I can at least depend on that. I love the online banking feature with chase, but given that is becoming standard, I am seriously looking into switching. I only come to an ATM when I need cash fast and this branch has let me down enough times to considering moving on.

Its amazing how often the ATMs, either the walk-up or drive-thru, doesn’t dispense cash. That’s what an ATM is for. Which just causes a much longer line inside. Come on…

This is for Chase Bank in general. After all the password protection, etc. my account was cancelled because of hackers. I was not notified because the hackers might have had my cell phone also. IDOITS. Hacking is illegal, but they don’t care. I will be getting a bank account elsewhere.

I have been to this bank twice just to get some paperwork done. The banker told me that any one could help me, so I wait in line. Then the banker took the people that was after me. So I waited again, then they told me only certain people can help with the paperwork. I was waiting for more than an hour and still not done. It’s ridiculous.

I have a college checking account and came in yesterday to open a savings account. I wasn’t inside the building for more than a minute before I was asked what I needed help with today and then offered water or coffee while I wait. This review is specifically for Pedro Gonzalez, who helped me yesterday. He was informative, polite, and so friendly it felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend. I have been banking here for five years and if I weren’t moving, I would bank here for many, many, more.
Personable employees, three ATMS outside the building, one of which is drive-thru.

I’m giving 4 stars based on the drive-through ATM alone! Never even been inside. Speaking as the mom of a young one, being able to do deposits and other quick transactions via the drive-thru is so convenient! (Checks/cash both can be deposited, as well as withdrawals).
Chase itself as a bank we’re fairly happy with, no complaints. This location has a well lit parking lot and 2 additional ATMs in the front of the branch.

I’ve only been with this bank for a couple months now (after switching from the bank from hell down the street…), but I could not be happier. I’ll keep this short and sweet.
I’ve never encountered such exceptional customer service in a bank before. The tellers are all pleasant and kind… almost as if they like their jobs, imagine that! Every time I come here I leave with a big smile, just because their smiles are contagious.
When I first joined, I had a coupon for a $ 200 credit for opening a checking account. I opened the account online, but had trouble using the coupon. I brought it in and they credited my account immediately — and they didn’t make me feel dumb for messing it up in the first place. :P
Honestly, I’m normally such a proponent of local businesses over big conglomerates, but there is not a bank in town I would recommend over Chase.

Plenty of Lighting in the night time. It’s is a bit dangerous to get out of your car (cars passing by) and walk to the curbside ATM. Drive-thru ATM is well lit as well but the way the ATM itself is positioned is a but cumbersome. Whats the point of a dive thru ATM that you have to open your door and do the old «reach over and hope don’t drop anything method»

So I was getting a $ 1000 cash withdrawal for Vegas on Saturday.
Teller — Do you want that all in 100s?
Me — Can I have that in 4 $ 100s, $ 400 of 20s, $ 100 of 10s, $ 80 of 5s, and $ 20 of 1s?
Teller — Hold up, let me write that down. *Has an odd smirk on her face*
Me — *Repeats*
Teller — Counts out money slowly and asks if I want an envelope with that.
Me — Thanks! Wish me luck in Vegas. *winks*
Teller — *Laughs* Have a great day!
Homeboy used to work there back in college. Got some cute tellers working over here now and even at the one in Morgan Hill too off Monterey Road.
