Coach Men’s

Outstanding store with superior management. Went in just to see what was on sale, and they had some nice shows on clearance. The manager Alicia came up to me and asked how they were. I told her they were too big, and she searched other stores until she found a pair in my size. And they were on clearance. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy customers!
An outstanding shopping experience.

Awesome Coach men’s selection at outlet prices. Do you really need any other reasons to go buy fabulous things?

It was merely by pure chance I stumbled upon this store. I was actually in the search for Hush Puppies shoe store for my mom. To my dismay that the shop has since closed and been replaced by Coach Mens.
Upon walking into this store, was i greeted by 2 pleasant associates that proficiently spoke of the current promotions and knew how to direct customers to items being sought after. Throughout the entire browsing experience (i had no intent of buying anything), i was engaged into conversation by several associates that would ask in a very genuine manner of how they can assist, if at all. After much browsing, i caved and ended up purchasing a wallet.
This was a great overall shopping experience. However minus 1 star for the cashier working who acted like she didn’t give a damn about her job or customer service.

My boyfriend was looking for Hush Puppies Shoes and found Coach Men’s instead. Coach Men’s has been at the location for a month now.
Well overall I like the store and customer service!
It is wayyyy less crowded and chaotic compared to the original Coach (Women’s). The sales guys were very helpful and didn’t look so attached to selling purses. Store was nice and clean. I didn’t feel like I would knock over a display if I turned around.
Only one issue, our cashier Karina had an attitude problem. I bought a wallet and the bf bought a father’s day gift. When we were rung up at the register, she «forgot» to give me the 30% discount (I gave her the slip of paper) until I pointed it out. No eye contact, no smile, no questions if the items we bought were gifts or not.
If she doesn’t like working there or could care less, go work at Wal-​Mart!
I will be back for other Coach products :)

I am not a guy who would normally insanely go gaga over brand name goods, but was quite happy when I found this new Coach Men’s store at Gilroy Premium Outlets by accident.
I would just accompany my wife to the women’s store that has been one of the most popular stores at the outlets and just be one of those guys who would find a space somewhere in the corner of the store to watch and wait for «the other half» to finish shopping. If you have been to the women’s store before, you would know how paltry the item selections were for men that included only a few kinds of wallets and key holders.
Instead, at this men’s store, I can now find leather goods for myself. And, yes, they also handed me a 30% OFF coupon when I stepped into the store, like at the women’s store. When I stopped by here, I had been looking for a nice new wallet to replace my aging wallet that served me well for many years. I was a happy camper with the selections that I could choose from, and eventually bought one.
Good prices. Friendly staffers. Prompt services. I am adding this store to my fav store list at the outlets.
