I have been going here for about 8 years now ohm anniversary gifts Christmas birthday get out of the dog house all come from here Lloyd is probably by far when the most knowledgeable people and friendliness you will ever come across they say you got a friend in the diamond business with Tom at the Shane company you never met Lloyd everybody at the spot is friendly and treat you very good the prices are amazing the quality is outstanding cleanliness and display is been fantastic. I feel that they’re not just people that work there but their friends that’s how they make you feel to go out of their way.

My husband and i went in there after a terrible experience at Kay jewelers and we could not have been more impressed with the hospitality and care they showed in that store. It was Sue that first helped us but then Lloyd came over and he and my husband (thats in the Army) got talking away about the military. After hearing some funny stories we got to the ring shopping, Lloyd was extremely helpful, patient and had a great sense of humor and knowledge about all the rings, the best buys, the good stuff, the stuff that was not good and over priced haha everything! At first i was trying to match rings with the band my husband bought me (backwards i know haha) but then i tried a set on and realized i liked that better. I fell in love with a beautiful ring and the service we had. The men talked finances and Sue and i talked about the ring. I felt bad because we made them all stay after hours helping us out but they assured us not to feel bad at all because they just wanted us to be happy. And we were, we are happy with them. Thank you so much for not being like Kay!

whats not to like?
last year around christmas my bf & i walked in after he asked if he can look at some jewelry. we met lloyd. awesome gentleman with southern hospitality that warmed my heart. he was very patient and gave us all the options he could offer as well as top most discounts from daily sale, manager discount, holiday discount and even the «my best regards for your future discount»… it was absolutely charming and he gave us 24 hours to use it to our advantage…
we did not purchase anything because it didnt feel right at the moment… but his enthusiasm for us was not forgotten…
we returned yesterday with a list of other rings and pictures we have accumulated from other jewelers… sadly lloyd was not there but marie aided us with supreme patience… i love options and honestly, it took me nearly 2 hours to make decision on the rings… i kept circling in the store from one display to another… she didnt even wince… i love her! then when i decided on 4 rings… i gave her comparisons from other stores and she gave me her best offers… Walked out with 3 rings that can be picked up in less than a week! phenomenal!
why the four stars instead of 5? frankly, its because i want to see if they can deliver the final product with correct size, cleaned and polished!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Jewelery sales people are like car sales men, the push, they hover, they sell. I have a few cards to a few stores but for some reason I am always back at this one.
I love Lloyd and Jennifer to death. They are like family, when I come in they ask me about things I have mentioned to them. They don’t have to remember things going on in my life that I mention but they do.
My husband bought my engagement ring a year before asking me. When we came in to get the band, that had been discontinued the day prior thanks to my husbands procrastination) Jennifer asked, you finally asked huh? (Wow, she remembered him and welcomed me like family) Jenn got on the phone and talked to Lloyd and together they found a store with my wrap I wanted even though the sku number had changed and they got it to the store almost over night. WOW!!! So we went back for his ring, They didn’t try to sell me anything ultra fancy, they didn’t hover, they didn’t offer anything that was not even close to my style I was looking at, they offered similar items above and below what I was already looking at. So of course after buying his band I bought his groom gift and myself too. I bought 2 pairs of ½ karat diamond earrings nice quality both for $ 600 with insurance. I see them as having repeat customers than having the one customer that comes in once for a big purchase. So guess what? I brought my dad :) He walked out saying he felt like family and he had never been there before. Did I mention that I LOVE this place?

I was so thrilled with my experiences at the Zales Outlet. The first time I went in, I went to have my wedding band sized that was bought online.
Due tot he design it couldn’t be sized, so i exchanged it for a ring instead that at the time I really liked for the money I wanted to spend.
The more I looked at it over a few weeks, it really wasn’t my WOW, gonna wear for the rest of my life wedding ring. I went back in and looked and looked and torn between price and what I really wanted.
TRISH was the best! So helpful and honest. SHe showed me no pressure, just was supportive and informative. She told me what would be your MUST HAVE ring if you can have any of the rings, I chose it and due to the outlet being 60−70% off retail already, then with the daily special of 15% off, and another discount– the ring of my dreams was only a hundred dollars more than one I was JUST OKAY with.

I’ve been eyeing a watch there, but the manager is such a biatch! Every time I go there and ask questions, she gives you this attitude that if you don’t intend to buy anything, then don’t even bother coming in! The watch I had my sights on had a dead battery in it and she said that she’ll only replace it if I was going to buy it, otherwise, it made no sense replacing the battery. I told her that dead batteries in watches should be replaced immediately, because it may leak into the watch’s components. She said she’s never had that happen before. Is she stupid or what?! She works in a jewelry store, not a watch repair shop, so what does she know?!
