Although I had the worst experience here, after contacting the corporate office I had my ring fixed and the lady I delt with from the site was very professional and accommodating. I have not been back since but I did feel the need to revise my previous review of 1 star due to how they handled getting my ring fixed. I felt they were very professional.

Terrible Service here(i have had excellent service here in the past years but now the service is BAD and i wont be back!) My Fiancé bought my engagement ring here, when i took it to be sized they waid it would take about a week and i could be called when it was ready — no call. then we bought the weedding band here and same thing, zied it, no call when ready. when we picked up my wedding band, we ordered my Fiancé’s wedding band, we were told it would take 6 – 8 weeks, but normall arrives in 2 – 3. this was on Feb 8th. we stopped in this weekend to check on the order since we had not heard anything about it, and we found out the ORDER was never placed! Some screw up on their end, had we not stopped by to check on it, we would have never even known. They didnt have an order placed for us, but did show the deposit left. No-one could do anything but point the finger at the next empoyee. I will not be back.

This place is a nightmare. They sold us a ring and it had the wrong setting. Took it back and I gave them another chance to fix it. They brought it back to me and it was worse. They decided to give me an entirely different ring and I sat in the store for hours until they finished placing it. They don’t give you what you buy, and they can’t even fix there mistakes. I will never buy another ring from this place ever again. Also, the jeweler doesn’t speak any english. This place sucks. Save your time, money, and frustration by choosing another store.
