Outlet store, clean and neatly stocked with a nice variety of products. Bought quite few items and was able to get a gift set for half price based on my wife and I buying enough other products that totaled a specified minimum dollar amount. The two saleswomen at the store were both very helpful.

Very neat and clean store. Reminds me of the country side all floral and bright. There’s a cute little sink near the front of the store for people to try hand scrubs. So nice! Afterwards my hands were so soft and smooth. I would prefer this over Bath&Body except this place doesn’t have as many scents. The quality if better though. I left with a Rosewater hand lotion and free samples!

One of the more organized /less chaotic stores in the outlets. Easy to find what I was looking for, though they didn’t actually HAVE what I was looking for(Oh well. That’s the risk you run shopping at the outlets, right?) I also agree with Isaiah N. that the products they have seem to smell different than the products from non-outlet stores, but after purchasing some of the Goat’s Milk hand therapy on faith, I found the product to be the same. The problem this location seems to have is not changing out their testers frequently enough. Product open for extended period + exposure to fluorescent lights = changes in smell /color /texture. The outlet store also carries products that are either«Outlet Only» or have been discontinued from regular stores. Nice to be able to try ‘new’ stuff without paying crazy full retail price. CT&E does cost more than Bath and Body Works or the Body Shop, but the product is SO much nicer. I have fickle, exczema prone skin, and it loves CT&E products, the soaps especially. Overall, an easy shopping experience. Will definitely be going back once our stash of soap runs low. Random tip: If you have super oily, angry Irish skin like I do, try washing your face with the Almond Oil triple milled bar soap. I’ve tried every expensive face wash out there, and this little bar of soap has outshined all of them *yay!*

Since this place was next door to Bath & Body Works Outlet, it’s only natural to see what the competition has to offer. It’s not very often that I see Crabtree & Evelyn products(save for Hallmark Gold Crown stores and a small business or two), so I decided to go inside and see what was available. There was one product my family and I liked in particular — Goat’s Milk hand lotion. The scent is very alluring and definitely works as advertised. However, when I sampled the lotion at this location, the scent was next to nonexistent, which kind of took away some of the magic behind the product. The lotion formula must have changed in my opinion, but to be fair, so has the company(do a little research on the Internet, and you’ll understand what I mean). There are other scents available, but they were either too strong(like the lavender) or too weak. Overall, this place is an OK alternative to Bath & Body Works, given that it has a somewhat proper English theme(even though the company was founded in the good old USA) and the products are of OK quality for an outlet store. However, I miss the days when the products were of great quality.

The kind of place I’d be able to never go to if I’d ever to become a celebrity. Wouldn’t that be a great excuse to never have to go to an outlet mall ever again? Sorry baby. But now that I’m a celebrity I can’t go there. I’d get mobbed by fans. But for now, I wait outside the store with the other husbands who don’t want to be there either, while she shops for lotions and scrubs and other random fruit-scented stuff. Can’t give them a bad rating, since they didn’t really do anything wrong. I’m just not their demographic.
