Costumer service is horrible girls are intimidating and feels like they just want to get EF out of the store. They do give you bad looks as if they are something. A big down side for me was that they don’t exchange or return anything. I didn’t take my time looking through colors(My mistake) I bought couple of products. When I brought them home they were not good colors for me. I looked on the receipt and it said ALLSALESAREFINAL. Which they don’t tell you up front once you buy the product you see it on the receipt, but at that point it’s too late. I called them and asked them if I could exchange the colors they don’t work for me. They said no they can’t let me exchange to different color. So take your time picking colors coz once you bought it you can’t exchange. Now I am stuck with two things that I will never wear.

If you want to see the toughest, unhappiest sales girls in the outlet, this is the place. The products are decent, but I never come to understand the angry facial expressions from those gals: the more I bought, the more troubles that I brought to them. Either the corporate does not care/know or there are C type managers who brought in C/D type sales clerks.

If you like Lancome skincare products, cosmetics and fragrances this is the store for you. They really did have an extensive collection of Lancome’s skincare products including multiple sizes and varieties for all skin types of cleansers, toners, treatments and creams. In general, I find outlets to be about 25% less than department/brand stores, with the exception of their coupons & clearances which are where the real savings are to be had. They offered(much like The Cosmetic Company Store) Lancome’s boxed cosmetic, fragrance and skincare gift sets, including their past holiday collections and seasonal palettes. I like being able to purchase past season products at discounts or get them if I waited too long. It’s a potential place where discontinued colors and products can be found. They had testers out for most of their products, which I appreciate them being in good condition. I hate nasty or nearly empty testers! There were odds and ends from various other lines that rotate, as well as some cologne(such as Aramis) and perfume gift sets. I do like Lancome’s mascaras, which I would pick up if I’m shopping here(Most were around $ 14 vs about $ 20), but I really don’t have a reason to return or go out of my way to come here.

HAHAHA to those that said the staff acted stuck up here. Well you have to remember that this is not a designer store that what we are shopping is an outlet mall. If you want your butt kissed go to Macy’s etc and pay full price. I know the outlets are not going to give me good service and I know I cannot act like I do at Macy’s. When you go in with the mindset of getting a good deal and YOU treat the staff nice they treat you well. When you go in acting like a superstar remember you are a cheapo shopping at the outlets obviously not the butt kissing staff, but the product is great and I will take a good product at a good price anyday. I feel sorry for the girls working their because even with these reviews it seems that the folks want a designer store experience if you want that go to the friggin designer store and pay for it! BTW this is the real store as it is owned by the Lancome company unlike a counter. Do your researh folks and you reap what you sow I have no problems here and they call me when one of my lemmings is in :) Highly recommended for those that can act appropriately and not like a superstar. Also, the staff here is not trained to recommend products or alternatives that is at the full prices. My advice is to go in knowing what you want get in and get out none of this help me and hold my hand stuff as that my friends is not outlet shopping!

They carry Shu Uemura(my all time favorite brand)!!! Last time I was here they had 4 for $ 40 sale on makeup(including palettes). I bought about $ 140 worth of cosmetics, including a large Lancome palette, Shu blush, Shu lipstick and Lancome mascara for $ 40. Also — they carry a lot of Biotherm products, tons of fragrances, etc.

I brought in the hubby and we were surprised to found one of his all-time favorite cologne at a lower price. He’s favorite cologne is usually over $ 50, and today i found it for about $ 40. Glad about that. The only problem was that the gals working here never cracked a smile and they seem to have a «cold» customer service feeling. As if they’re «too good». Give me a break ladies, you work at an OUTLET mall, not at the damn real designer store.

I’ve been going here for awhile to pick up Biotherm products. I’ve used Biotherm Aquasource(face moisturizer) for about 10 years solid and love the stuff. It is extremely hard to ever find Aquasource on sale — the best I’ve ever done was work at a place that sold it so I got it at cost. Once I left university and part time jobs I was back to paying full or at most getting a «gift with purchase». Until I found this place, where I could get Biotherm at large discount. The only thing is they only carry certain products(and this moisturizer, among others, in particular) seasonally — or so it seems. I’m guessing they are blowing out Christmas box-sets, other special box/packaged sets, older merchandise, etc etc. Out of the half dozen times I’ve been here, they’ve only carried my Aquasource about half the time(and every time I’ve had to buy it in a package with other product). Still reasonable though — I get the product I want for at least $ 15 cheaper, plus a bunch of other samples and/or full size products along with it for«free». And of course they also have a ton of other kinds of cosmetics/lotions/brands and perfumes — so it is certainly worth checking out. Service can be spotty, really hit and miss. Today I was searching for my moisturizer, and they had Biotherm stuff scattered all over the place without any rhyme or reason(they had a big sale on). So after not finding my stuff, I headed to the front counter, which had 3 employees standing around, only 1 of whom was helping someone. I had two of the employees purposefully ignore me(and I was just standin’ there sort of looking like I needed help). One of the ladies glanced up and then quickly looked down at the coupons she was sorting so as not to have to help me — it was THAT obvious! Argus! So a fourth girl wandered over, and I said«hi, I have a quick question…» and she helped me, but was super brisk and didn’t offer any additional help(like, say, suggesting an alternative or whatever), just a «no, we don’t have it.» and then sort of glanced away(as in, wasn’t busy or in the middle of anything). So overall, 4 employees that were less than helpful. That said, I it’s great place to pick up higher-end cosmetics and perfumes. So while the girls/ladies there today deserve a 1 or 2 at best, the store is a 5 in my book.
