We have rented two units at Forest Avenue for a couple of years now. The place is under new management (or ownership, I don’t know which) and things have been 100% better! They are helpful, explain things clearly and have helped us on several occasions with payment challenges. The customer service is great now and I understand they’re almost full. I’m so glad that grumpy old rude guy is gone!

Just to let you know — the manager is RUDE and unwilling to explain simple details of the rent agreement. Manager makes snide remarks and laughs while you ask a question. And I have been there for over two years. Had a simple question and was poorly treated — just for asking a question! Looking at other storage options in Gilroy and will move out ASAP. Not willing to give this jerk one more cent of my money. I suggest you look elsewhere too.
