I’ve come here for all my game needs. Really great staff and informative. Always get greeted when it’s slow inside. They so advertise alot in store too as well.

Location is seated tightly in strip mall. Parking is a bit rough, great selection of both new and pre-​owned games. Employee actually talked me out of buying an Xbox One. Bravo young man. He told me to wait, enough said

Had my 11 yr old just call. Overheard the entire conversation. Employee was very nice and helpful with sons request about a beta download and replacing the lost receipt. Just moved here from Milpitas, that GS at great mall off of Outback deserves five stars as well. They too have rockstar employees. Thanks Gilroy game stop!

Somehow I always end up renewing my discount game card. They always get me! That being said it is a pretty good discount if you buy used games, and I always buy used games. They are always a better deal than buying new games, plus you can return a used game if it doesn’t work or maybe you play it for a day and it sucks. You cannot return a new game for a refund, at least not the last time I tried.
They have a large selection of used games and accessories, consoles, ipods, ect. and you can trade in all of those things here as well. Their website is also super helpful because you can find out if they have a new or used copy of what you want at that particular store before you go.
When this place is busy it takes a long time to check out but when it’s not then I have no qualms with their checkout.

The employees at this Gamestop are significantly more helpful than others I have dealt with. As at every single Gamestop location, they will try to sell you a membership, but they’re not too pushy about it.
This location has a great selection of used games, and they always have some incentives and specials to make trade-​ins more valuable. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you want to see how much your old games are worth.

Wonder why theres two branches located so close to each other (other one is next to best buy). Pretty much identical to the other location in all respects except I’ve experienced bad customer service at this location on a one or two visits.
Normally head to the other location first and if they don’t have what I’m looking for then I head here.
