This is base on one incident today. While standing in line behind someone who just got called to be helped, the next cashier(she was a blonde head, didn’t get her name) saw me and said that where I was standing was not the line and that the line was on the other side. There was no indication where the line starts and so I went behind someone who was already in a line. So I had to get back in a second line in the back and when I got up, that same cashier helped me. I said, if I was in the wrong line then why wasn’t there signs to indicate where a line starts? and she said, «I don’t know. I just got here so I don’t know who was first.» so I said funny how you don’t know who was here first, but you knew where the line was and didn’t bother to let me know ahead of when you saw me. Of course, she had no real explanation and said my situation couldn’t be helped. I have respect and have patience for ppl in customer service and retail, but I’ve never been so dissatisfied w/Guess’ services. Now I’ll think twice before shopping there again. One bad service experience for me and the review got a negative zero stars from a returning customer. someone fire that bimbo who doesn’t know her job.

I stopped by on my way to Napa to check out the purses at the outlets. It was the day after Christmas so parking was a nightmare. I had my brother drop me off and I went and checked out the store. They had a great selection of various colors, sizes and styles. Everything was 30 to 50 percent off. I found a cute backpack that was under $ 30. I would definitely recommend checking out the outlets if you’re going through Gilroy just be prepared to be patient about finding parking. I have been there on other days where it wasn’t so bad. I would try during non holiday weeks and weekends. They also have an online app so you can see where certain stores are instead of just driving around aimlessly.

It’s a love and hate relationship for me. I love the clothes and what they have to offer but I hate the customer service. 4⁄5 times the employees are busy gossiping and talking amongst themselves… Too busy to even help patrons. Fitting rooms are a joke. Messy as hell and I always… Let me repeat: ALWAYS… Have to flag Someone down and ask them if I could use it. Super annoying. Get your ish together people.

Just walked in, horrible customer service! To be honest, when it’s this bad and though my gf needed something here, we will take our money elsewhere.

This evening my daughters and I visited this Gilroy Guess store, I come here often. Tonight was by far my most positive experience. I had the pleasure of meeting a gal by the name of Amber, she was so incredibly helpful, she was quick to help me, saved me money with their reward point program and even sold me extra stuff because she actually helped us find a few things rather than sit around like the lazy folks at the other outlet stores. I’m a local business owner & I must say that I was pretty impressed by her outstanding customer service displayed as well as her desire to kindly make an extra sale without being pushy. 5 stars go to Amber this evening, great job!

My daughter and I have shopped there on and off for years since we live in Gilroy. This is the second and worst experience I have had there and decided I won’t be back to spend my money there nor my daughter spend her money there. We found a pair of capri jeans in the sale area, we noticed the girl with the tagging machine stop and walk away. We paid full price and told the person at the counter they maybe marked down, they said no so we paid full price. I told my daughter we would go back the next day, today and check. Sure enough 3 other pair of navy blue jean capris(same capris) were marked down by $ 5 or $ 6. We were purchasing some other items so I ran to the car while may daughter waited in line, got to the counter explained to the young man that we bought them last night for full price and saw that today the rest were marked down. He turns to his manager, she says no only the black ones are marked down, I said«no» I was just back there, there are three or four blue pairs marked down. She argues, sends another sales person there via headset. Next thing we are told there are no blue ones marked down, there aren’t even blue ones on that rack. I was stunned, I saw them with my own eyes if I could have reached them(they were on the tallest rack) I could have grabbed a pair and brought them to the counter in the first place. Now they have disappeared, this is the most dishonest store I have ever shopped at! I know this is petty over $ 5 or $ 6 but it is the dishonesty of the people working there. I won’t be back, and yes I will tell everyone I know about the dishonesty of this store and the manager on staff. I guess they needed my daughter’s $ 5. pretty bad, it all comes back to integrity. There are plenty of other stores in the outlets that are honest and aren’t going to rip you off. Buyer beware! In fact we won’t be buying any Guess items at the outlets or other stores at this point, plenty of other brands out there. Shame on Guess!!!

I came a few weeks ago and there was a bogo sale of buy one and get the second item at half off. A lot of the merchandise was an additional 40%-50% off. Boy… you should’ve seen the look on my face, I was in heaven. My favorite purchase of that afternoon was the black over-the– knee boot that I have been searching for a long time. The leather was really nice and the fitting was great. I was so happy.

I have to agree with Pearl. This place doesn’t seem to know if it is a clothing outlet or a discothèque. Either turn down the damn music or get some laser lights but make a freak’n decision!

I absolutely love Guess. I have always found cute clothes for affordable prices. This store is kind of a mess, probably from the amount of foot traffic that goes through here. They only have a couple fitting rooms so a line tends to form to try on clothes but it was nothing outrageous. Yesterday when we went in, my friend walked out with a steal. She got a cute, black blazer jacket for a whopping $ 25. It doesn’t get much better than that.

I LOVE Guess! This store is MUCH better than the one at the Great Mall, but lower quality than the one in Westfield(since it’s an outlet) I have never had a problem here, everything is in order, and prices make sense. Today however(A monday) I went here, and the employees although understaffed found time to talk to each other, and did not attempt to make any eye contact, or conversation with any of the guests. The shoes were messy, and there were no feet gaurds. The store in it’s self is great!

This is one of the Gilroy Outlet stores where I’m most likely to make a purchase on every visit… they have so much cute stuff and often lots on sale. I’ve bought way more Guess items at this store than anywhere else… I love my cute Coach-looking black purse, black pants, red pants(loud, I know!), a very short black dress, tank tops, and more. Check it out!!!

Umm, hello? You guys are a retail store, NOT a night club. So please turn down your loud ass music, and maybe turn on some more lights throughout the store so I can maybe actually SEE what you’re trying to sell us? Or was that the point? Damn marketing schemes.

I was there the day after Black Friday and it was pretty busy at Guess?. I shopped around in the store and the deals were pretty good. The bad part was the size of their aisles. Only one person could really walk through the clothing aisles toward the back of the store.

Wow, no reviews for Guess? Well, I’ll start… I’ve been shopping at the Guess Outlet for years now. I remember being younger and always picking up a purse, wallet, or some jewelry from here and always thinking that I had a super nice purse. It wasn’t until recently that I actually started to buy clothes from here. Personally, I love the Guess Outlet’s clothing selection. Although it is the factory line, they still do a great job with the quality and designs. I remember when Guess Outlet used to be almost similar to the Guess Store, but not anymore once Guess acquired Marciano.(Oh, and the closest Guess Outlet to where I live — Great Mall Milpitas– recently converted to the new G for Guess– and let me tell you, there’s nothing great about G. I still think the Guess Factory is better). Anyhow, I can’t really rave about the service here. But it’s all people around the same age as the consumers, so at least you can talk to them like humans. What I like about this location is the quantity and cleanliness. Compared to other guess outlets I’ve been to, this one is kept pretty well organized considering the amount of people grabbing through the clothes and throwing them everywhere. Also, this particular outlet always seems to have every item in stock — I can always find at least one small, medium, or large, which is great. And even better, I never have a hard time finding my own size. Bottom Line: a pair of pants, 6 tops, and a bathing suit set for $ 160 makes me super happy.
