The convenience of this service was great! My daughter broke her ipad by dropping it in the driveway on Sunday. Monday morning I called Warren, he was at my door in less than 30 minutes. Did a diagnosis on the iPad and had it back to me repaired about 4 hours later. Excellent service, extremely helpful and courteous.

An excited toddler busted my iPad screen. Dreading a long drive to San Jose to sit and wait at a repair place, I Unilocaled and Warren from iCracked was local to save the day!
I was impressed with Warren’s courtesy and helpful attitude. He met me at a convenient location to pick up the device and run diagnostics, then returned with a repaired screen a few hours later when it was convenient for me after work.
Helpful, fairly priced service from a personable human = rare and worth every dollar!

I’ve been having issues trying to charge my phone due to the wear and tear on the charge port. Until i scheduled an appointment with Warren who repaired my phone in a timely fashion and for a great price. Very professional. Way better deal than buying a new phone or even a used one online.

I cracked my phone late last night and looked for a place to get it replaced quickly, I reached out to Warren at iCracked at about 8:30 a.m. and he met me at 9:30 and took an hour to fix it, did a fantastic job and very good price, plus he’s a really nice guy too!

iCracked was easy to deal with and they fixed my phone fast.
I dropped my iPhone 4 while at work but even with a nice rubber case that protects it, the glass screen shattered across the whole face.
I searched iPhone repair and called iCracked (because they were local) and spoke with Warren. He was very polite and said he could be available to meet me whenever I needed to fix my phone. He met me a few hours later at a local coffee shop. He fixed my phone in just over and hour while I sat and had coffee with a friend.
Warren was a great tech, knowledgable, courteous and on time. My iPhone has worked perfectly without any issues ever since.
A new screen cost me just under $ 100.
