Wow! With Carmel and Salinas Chevy gone Gilroy staff doesn’t have to work hard anymore … Huh? Dirty inside and out, over staffed! The cholo Manager was running around trying to find his belt. The one waitress out of the two or three in the bar went outside 3 times to smoke while we were there. She only had one table while our waitress handled everything else. I guess the others thought it fair as our waitress had just come back from vacation. She was even busing her own tables! She apologized for the lengthy wait to be greeted or even acknowledged, saying it was due to confusion as to who was working where. The employees have lots of time to watch the game, congregate in the drink station while the girl with the cabbage patch hair shared her drama, and others went with their food from the bar to the patio. I think on break although the others going in and out were not. Then the girl with the black evening attire top and war paint came in to hold up the counter with the order station. The food has been downsized in portion, hardly any vegetables in our steak and shrimp fajitas and Salad shrimp!?? Since when? There was maybe a Tbls of sour cream, pico, guacamole on the plate. Shrimp undercooked no sizzle to be heard! Just not the Chevys we have driven so far to go to for over 25 yrs!!! No Pride!!! Clearly Chevys … You get the staff you pay for!!! Eating the bar fruit while you wait then touching food and glasses? Does your staff have Serve Safe Training? Fake nails, black, purple polish, digging food out from underneath while we watch and fear eating? Then the smoker took a little girls ice cream cone outside to gab with the crew and then came 8 minutes later to give it to her. Get a grip ! You need to clean House!!! So disappointed !!!

My husband and I went to Chevy’s for a valetines dinner what a mistake that was first our server didn’t know anything about the drinks we ordered we ate in the bar. she didn’t know anything about the menu or what came with your order. when we finely ordered my food came like 15 min later, than I had to ask what happen to my salad? she found my salad and and brought it. now I have my dinner and salad at the same time and my husband has nothing .We sat there waiting because we wanted to eat at the same (valetines) so we asked were it was someone said it would be here soon what!!! but before all that happened we saw another couple ask where there food was and got tired of waiting and got up and left. with no meal on valetines day special day I blame the manager for not making sure these people are trained well enough NO wonder the other chevys on Saratoga just shut down. bad service and know one cares .See yah gilroy chevys. q
