Bed bugs in the room was ate up! The fridge had mold in it and nowhere to plug in. Bed was also very uncomfortable. No refund don’t think they even care to addressing the issue. Also trash out side the door way.

My husband and I booked this place last minute. It was only 60 dollars a night, which was a good price.
UPSIDE:
1. It was clean, had freshly washed linens, had a fridge and microwave that worked, and the bathroom wasn’t gross.
2. Beautiful view of the Gilroy hills, convenient quick-​stop location.
DOWNSIDE:
1. The shower was preposterous! It spit a messed up spray of water that barely cleaned you, plus there was nowhere to put the soap. I had to keep reaching out of the shower, dripping everywhere, to grab the soap back and forth from the sink. Plus, the shower couldn’t provide room for even a small child! A heavy-​set person would not fit in there.
2. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the pillows were hard as rock. I woke up with a neck ache.
3. The TV had gone bad, and some of the channels were scrambled and staticky. The channel collection sucked too.
4. The heater/​AC was stupid too. It was mounted darn near on the ceiling! You had to climb up on a chair just to push the buttons! Also, in order for it to work, you had to turn on a light switch, which we wouldn’t have known had we not had to ask the front desk.
For a one-​night stay, it was fine. For an extended stay, not so much. Stay here if you like a cheap motel that isn’t crack motel status. Do not stay here if you are short or disabled (you won’t be able to reach the heater/​AC, or if you are over 200 lbs (unless you don’t plan to shower).
