Great selection of produce, drinks, and other sundries. People are very nice. But most of all, the bathrooms are immaculate.

Very nice staff. Clean one stall restroom. Delicious New Cherries and Nectarines. I love that when asked about the freshness of the garlic braids, that I was given an honest answer. The garlic festival was coming up and all the fresh ones were gone. We will definitely shop here for fruit again!

There are a lot of streetside vendors as you’re driving up the 101 and when we sayw Ralph’s it was a welcome sight. An abundance of fresh cherries and garlic as well as other specialty items. Some of the best things about this place: — Staff was very friendly and helpful — There is a sink on site you can use to rince your produce in case you’re going to eat it in the car — Immaculate bathroom. Sounds silly but it was really nice to see how clean they keep their store. — Well Priced

Best place in town for local produce and garlic specialty items. If your heading up Highway 101, you have to stop and check it out. Nothing beats the friendly family atmosphere you’ll get when you walk into to Ralph’s Cherry Hut. Once you’ve been there for a first time, I guarantee you’ll find yourself back there everytime you visit Gilroy to stock up on some fresh local fruits, veggies and of course GARLIC!!!

Ralph’s Cherry Hut was built by family and continues to be run by the local family owners. The Cherry Hut has been in the cherry business for over 50 years when it was first built by Grandpa Ralph and the Cherry Hut was not its bright red barn like structure but instead a table and boxes of 2lb cherries for sale on the side of a dirt road which is now the 101. Every Mother’s Day weekend, Ralph Jr. Ralph III and Linda the mother and store manager open their roll up doors for business. If your looking for a great stop on the 101 between Monterey and the Silicon Valley, stop in and stretch your legs, grab some world famous Gilroy Garlic and a traditional 2lb bag of cherries… and say hi to Ralph.
