My wife and visited while on vacation in the bay area. Very nice staff and lots of kid friendly stuff that gets kdis excited. Little pricey, then again no free rides and kids are cheap. Bubble area was my favorite of all the things we say. Simple and my child loved it.

It was ok, I didn’t find a lot of baby stuff that looked great. It was all sort of boring and not very fashionable, but it was all functional. Quality seemed good. The sale prices weren’t awesome, but they are cheaper than the store prices. It seemed there was more selection for older kids. Staff were barely interactive, but not rude.

Good prices (about half as much as Osh Kosh) but long waits and frustration with the staff are a tradeoff.
It seems like the cashiers in Gilroy must have missed the customer courtesty portion of their training (Rude). Should it really take 15 minutes to scan items, put them in a bag, and run a credit card? Enough said
